The iPad came pretty quickly and is more than suitable for our needs. It did have a few minor scratches but we were expecting that.

Great product for a great price! – I purchased 2 9th Generation Apple iPads for my sons to use for school and to play games on and they love them! No issues, everything works smoothly, no problems with downloading apps - very happy!

Android Convert (sortof) – This is my first Apple product, sort-of knowing what to expect, and a few surprises and disappointments. The build quality seems to be robust, and there are plenty of helpful features and tools making the iPad use comfortable, my favourite being the TruTone filters. Adjusting the apps to my specs was a learning curve, but once setup they all… Read more

work as they should.

I was disapointed in the sound quality. I am accustomed to my Samsung's tablet with four speakers firing stereo sound in landscape and portrait view. The iPad 9th Gen's single firing speaker at the bottom (in portrait} doesn't produce the stereo affect. I suppose that a pair of bluetooth headphones will sort that issue.

With the unit being Wifi and Cellular, I assumed that with a SIM card inserted, standard phone calls were permitted. No. It'\s data only, though apps such as Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, ZOOM and other telecommunication apps takes up the slack, but in Australis at least, it's difficult to find a provider with data only plans.

But I'll have the best of all worlds. wifi at home, and if I need data on the iPad I'll hotspot my mobile phone for that purpose.

Over all, I am pleased with it, but coming from Android, it'll take getting used to.

Great upgrade for an iPad – Had an iPad min for years. Great tablet but had reached its use by date. Updated to the gen 9. Not disappointed, fast for everyday use. Mail is the same, apps transfer without a problem, especially the productivity apps, secure, easy to use, hotspot tethering great, good internal storage, solid construction for a tablet, typical of Apple. Cannot fault it. Show details

Stay away from this piece of junk – Had this piece of junk for a week. If your using a Bluetooth speaker especially with Apple maps the sound lags very bad..also just be careful with the glass screen. It's very brittle as I was using it on my lap. and all of a sudden the screen cracked running across the whole screen and then started to craze all over. Oh by the way this ipad was… Read more

in a shock and drop proof case and a expensive one at that.. you can see with the receipt it's just over a week old...just took it to Apple and they said it has been dropped. I told them like hell it has. Apple do not replace the glass you have to buy a new unit at a discounted price of $385.00..I put this down to failure which should be covered under warranty..so would I recommend this unit.. hello noooo...infact if you like been ripped off go with Apple if not stay away And to think I was going to swap over to Apple from Samsung and I was going buy a $2000 I phone the shivers ran down my back...no thankyou So basically I will be sticking with samsung And giving Apple a wide birth Stay away from this unit
