to consult the over priced and perpetually busy "Apple Care" leave much to be desired. The easy to use interface, backlit keyboard and slick design are very nice features, and help balance out the cons. When it eventually breaks I will probably purchase a PC instead BUT I am still grateful I own this laptop, as it is capable of many tasks.

Love it. Would buy it again – Love my macbook air but the only negative thing was the camera randomly stopped working after I did an update. I took it into apple and they couldn't fix it so they gave me a new computer (not complaining here!) Defiinitely worth getting apple care for. when i have Adboce CS5, illustrator and Photoshop all running at once. can fit in manbag, light, powerful camera broke, need to get apple care
