Honestly, I would give 0 star's but there isn't any. I ordered the new macbook air almost a month ago and they keep delaying the shipment. Every time I've asked online they would give me the same response which was "sorry unfortunately we are unable to give you the details". This was my first and very last time I will ever order from here as they are so inaccurate with the delivery and updates.

More quality control issues related to Apple screens. M5 MacBook Air 13 inch arrived with some weird black banding on the right side of the screen (looked like it had been sat on). I don't understand why Apple's quality control has become so bad particularly for Australian customers. Have tried multiple Apple laptop models and continue to have the same problem (in past MacBook Pro M4). I have raised my concerns with Apple Retail Executive Relations team and they simply do not care.
