Arrived on time and in excellent condition..needed to buy an adapter for my logitech mouse to use.. As no mouse comes with the computer this process could be explained..for a better experience on arrival but I highly recommend the company and its work

Awful, awful company - scamming people – If I could give negative stars I would! They sell you a device and within a few short months it dies. You send it off for repair as it’s under warranty, and once they receive it you get no further communication for WEEKS, other than “we are awaiting news from our vendor” - their third party computer repair man. You will get scattered emails of… Read more

this uninformative nature, not answering any of your questions. You have no ability to call anyone for answers, or do anything but wait! Just disgusting. Computers are our livelihoods these days, to not properly communicate with you with any sort of timeline or description of the issue, is appalling. They’ve also intimated about formatting my device - no mention of attempting to do any data retrieval! Honestly, the money you save buying through them is NOT worth this. I won’t ever buy from them again - not anyone in my family.

Love my MacBook – I bought this laptop about 2 years ago - I take it everywhere with me, use it literally every day, sometimes for studying, sometimes for gaming, and it has never let me down. I love the design and the quality of it. I will definitely purchase another when the time comes.

Macbooks Fail - not worth the money – Purchased MacBook Pro 16", 16Gg RAM $3969 - Jan 2020 Nov 2021 - while typing an e mail, screen went black and have been unable to switch on again Apple said out of warranty, can bring it in at our own cost (The apple technician said he thought approx. $1500 to fix) Un-acceptable for a laptop of this price to last less than 2 years Do NOT waste your money. Show details

Entire computer failed after 8 months – After only 8 months of use, the laptop completely died. The Touch Bar, Touch ID, speakers, CPU, graphics card and audio board all failed. Returned the laptop to apple and was advised the entire computer had failed. Everything from the top case including battery, to the Touch Bar, logic board (CPU, GPU, SSD, RAM), audio board had to all be… Read more

replaced. I own nearly every apple product currently for sale and I'd recommend looking at another brand for a laptop. Apple is no longer worth the money especially considering a "pro" laptop could barely run Adobe 2021, Safari etc. without maxing out the 16gb RAM and using up to 15gbs of 'swap memory' - common issue with the 16" models. It seems the logic board issues with the 15" pro models have not been fixed and simply re-branded with a new keyboard design.

Positives: The finish of the laptop, keyboard improvements and overall quality of the build were amazing.

Recommendations: Buy AppleCare If you really want this laptop. I can not stress enough how important it is to have, especially if your logic board or anything else fails outside the 12 month Australian Consumer Law. You will NOT be covered and be up for 4 figure sums to repair it!

I've been using it nonstop – The macbook pro is really something else. It's quite fast and does not lag even when there are so many links and apps open at the same time. I use this for my school and business and I am very happy with its functionality. The price is high but if this macbook pro lasts me a long time, then I can say it's worth it. Show details

Excellent but the dongle requirement marks it down – So I haven't had a Macbook in over 10 years (though my wife has a MB Air), my previous laptop was a Dell XPS 13 FHD for context. I won't review the Mac because plenty of reviews exist and it is as nice, fast, and well built as everyone says it is. My only issues are the need for dongles due to only having thunderbolt ports and 720p web cam… Read more

(ipad's have better webcams).

However I will give the reasons why I went the Mac in order of importance: 1. I wanted a bigger screen and higher resolution with good battery life but didn't really need 4K or touch screen. 3017 x 1920 on the Mac is a perfect midway between FHD and 4K and still ensures battery life is excellent. 2. Dell decided to make their almost equivalent 17 inch laptop more expensive. 3. At this expensive price point I like knowing I can just rock up to a Mac Store and take my laptop in for repairing. 4. Given Dell XPS (for Australian market) get made and shipped from overseas (you can't buy it in a store) I wasn't sure when I would get the laptop soon given the supply chain issues due to COVID.

Great screen, great sound – Straight away I noticed the much-improved sound for music and for videos. The bigger screen is fantastic too. Reliable performance and easy to use ... has everything you want in a laptop. Show details

Perfect Dream Laptop – I am in love. Overall fit and finish is top notch, the touch bar is incredible, the new 16" screen is next level, the old Macbook keyboard issues are gone, the battery life is awesome, and laptop is impossibly thin. My only slight criticism is the lack of variety when it comes o ports - 4 USB-C ports and 1 headphone jack is good, but the… Read more

availability of a a conventional USB port, HDMI port, and a SD or micro SD card slot would have completed a close to perfect package. Still, I highly recommend the new Macbook Pro 16"!
