The device broke down less than a year after purchase due to a faulty finger print sensor. This appears to be a common fault. Apple support is a nightmare to deal with. Long wait times, no real help and a repair requires the whole logic board to be removed. This risks further repairs in the future as wire, connectors etc can be damaged easily. I would stay far away from these devices.
