gone into receivership in 2021. Still no response from the company so I've had to contact my bank to see if I can get the funds back. Thus whole process is going to take up until January next year. Be warned ⚠️

August 2021, however they are still taking orders AND money - just not fullfilling them.

I paid through PayPal and made a complaint explaining the deregistered ABN and my order not being fulfilled. They forwarded my message to Apple and Mint and within half hr I received an email that my order had been cancelled and my money was refunded back through PayPal.

They still have an active website and Facebook account which is concerning, as they appear to still be taking orders and therefore, peoples money.

I made a complaint to the ACCC.

Very very dodgy.

Why are we waiting… – Well..I have just read the other reviews..and at least I am not the only one waiting for my order. Worst Customer Service ever - never received any items – Ordered early Feb and never received an order. Never received any shipping info. Tried multiple times to email them - no replies. It’s not only the money it’s also the disappointed kids who are waiting for their lunch bags. Closing down sale - they take the money and run.

Poor Customer Service – I ordered two cooler bags a few years back and that was no issue but now I’ve ordered another one about 4 weeks ago with there closing down sale and haven’t had any shipping emails or anything and won’t reply to my emails and messages.

Poor quality poor customer service – Received my order the lunch bag had a broken zip. When I contacted the company they advised me they would send out a new zip to fix myself. Love these lunch bags! – I've been purchasing Apple and Mint lunch bags for the last few years, and I have always been happy with their product quality, shipping time and customer service. I purchased on the 13th Feb during their sale, and received my order of 2 lunch bags and 2 backpacks a few days later. My boys love taking their lunches to school, especially when everything stays nice and cold. Have never had any issues! Show details

Do not buy from this company directly – This company is renowned for lack of communication and for not sending orders. My sister had issues with them over a year ago. Emails ignored, social media comments deleted (hers & others). They make great products but I wouldn’t buy from them ever again - which is such a shame.

resolved. They posted tracking details but 6 weeks on, the tracking only says the pick up has been scheduled and I still haven't received my order. Any attempt to contact them have been ignored. PayPal is currently investigating so hopefully I will get my refund soon.

Will never order again and hope that other people read this review and don't fall into the same trap. They look to now be taking peoples money and knowing that they will get away with it, not sending any items ordered

on social media platforms i have had no response in regard to where exactly my order is. The order i made prior to this one was much the same in relation to lack of communication but it was during peak holiday times so i wasn't too worried. It's such a shame that the poor customer service will ensure i would return again after this fall down.

Mould growing in backpack lining – The backpack I ordered from Apple & Mint's website has mould visibly growing throughout the lining of the backpack. The backpack has a strong unpleasant smell of mould. Apple & Mint have not responded to any of my multiple emails or messages requesting to return the backpack for a refund. It is apparent from comments on their social media posts that others have had the same experiences when trying to arrange returns.
