ARCARE KANWAL – The good. Clean atmosphere Freshly painted & maintained. Australian Nurses Care Philopino Nurses. The bad. Most food Staff shortage although Manager insists there is a full compliment. Most Nepalese staff who are untrained in Australian culture. The Manager who is indifferent to most requests for improvement. (eg. Shutting gate particularly at night) Numerous ridiculous unwritten rules stiffling updating of suggested improvements. Paperwork takes priority over Residents. No reception on weekends.(anyone could walk in) UPDATE. After just 11 months current Manager has resigned. In my nearly three years as resident that will be 4 Managers. Very obvious business wise why due to ridiculous non sensicle, no common sense unwritten rules that prevent any form of updating, food, care, staff tutorials, etc WILL ARCARE EVER LEARN TO LISTEN TO A RESIDENTS SUGGESTOONS TO IMPROVE.
