I couldn’t be happier with my in-home assist bed and chair! The bed is super comfy and supportive, making it so much easier to rest and get a good night’s sleep. The people who installed my bed took so much care seldomly found when buying anything these days. All I know is that I should of done this years ago. Thanks for making my days that much better :)

Very happy with product. Nice Getting up in the morning and having skinny legs from the knees down. Happy with Sean and service and would highly recommend to everyone seeking a better quality of sleep.

I’m so happy with my new lift chair. Unfortunately, I need it relocated but the team came as soon as they could and relocated the chair in the home in a preferred spot The chair is fantastic and so we’re Sean & Matt who came out to relocate the chair. Thank you for the great service.

Cold calls out of the blue then does not show up for scheduled appointment – Cold called us out of the blue - how they got my dad's details I do not know. But we had been negotiating care via My Aged Care and thought we had been referred to them. Told us that [Name Removed] would come to visit 9:30 Friday 14 Feb. She was a no show, and no one called to reschedule. We were so confused. Now I see the other reviews that they were not referred to us but are [Content Removed] , I am glad we dodged a [Content Removed] !

So beware they try to trap you with a 'FREE' in home assessment but it really is just a complete sales session. She wouldn't even tell me what products they sell. Super shady [Content Removed] company. The website doesn't even look legit and i cannot find any other information on them. I told her to never call again and she said she'll call back another day to speak with my mum. SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU CALLING HER EITHER. STOP PESTERING MY FAMILY. STOP PREYING ON PEOPLE

Appealing sales tactics, preying on the elderly – This review is about the customer service, not the products themselves. it's far too big for her. She was not given the chance to try the products physically before purchasing and they have refused returning the products and refunding. I am appalled they prey on the elderly like this.
