Hi guys just put a fully charged agm battery in my 620 arkpak and it's saying alarm low battery and with the 240v charger plugged in aswell??

I have been using LiFePO4 in my ArkPak 730 since June 2016. It has a specific option for this chemistry. Some LiFePO4 batteries seem to be able to tolerate charging on lead acid chargers or cars. Talk to the seller if your ArkPak does not have the Lithium chemistry option. Successful so far but in the last week or so has been giving an occasional Open Circuit Alarm. Will have to read more deeply as it is intermittent. Everything still apparently working.

I would love to know if you can safely charge a battery in the arkpak via solar panels connected via the Anderson plug. Any advice/experience on this one would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
We charge our battery that way & have no problems.

For some reason when charging battery in arkpak on 240v it charges for about 15 sec then goes to discharge cycle and will not charge. it will charge battery when connected to solar panels. Could it be the AC adapter?

I recently bought me a secondhand Ark Pak on ebay thinking it was the 730....turns out to be the 620...Anyways, I have had no dramas with it as yet - it charges fine from 240 mains and appears to be charging from a 40W solar panel with a charge controller...although it is really slow ( sits on 49% for hours )But my question is related to the onboard 7 stage smart charger. In laymans terms, does the smart charger recharge my battery all by itself without being connected to a charger ?
