Asko after sales service is hopeless – Pyrolytic function not working. After being in a phone queue for 1hr 45mins was told a repair person would contact me within the next few days . 3 weeks later rang again 2hrs 21 mins queue to be put on hold while it was investigated then the phone disconnected. No call back !!

Asko oven LEMON, OP8636S Asko useless – Not satisfied. NO STARS. Continues to not work when trying to use pyrolitic function. Bought a pyrolitic oven and pyrolitic doesn’t function!. Heat temp not consistent. Continues to Err code with error codes not even in the manual or trouble shooting. Asko are ZERO help. Don’t buy ASKO. Expensive waste of money. E&S unhelpful also with a 5 year warranty

Useless oven - Asko, Model: OP8636S – Sold in NZ as a premium model. We have had several times where the door lock malfunctioned (couldn't open or close), or the electronic panel stopped working. Just out of warranty so now we have to pay for what seems to be a periodic ongoing problem. I do not recommend.

Don't buy this brand or product – The after sales service is non existent. Hopeless contact website. Oven only four years old. ASCO goes to great lengths not to return any contact emails or phone calls. Buy another brand.

Disappointing oven and customer service – We bought our ASKO brand kitchen appliances (oven, has hob and dishwasher) for our renovation believing it was a premium brand. Our OP8636S oven has broken after 3 years, failing to keep temperature, and the customer service has been very disappointing. The customer phone centre has an infinite wait time to answer your call, and you have to lodge a call back service and hope they call back. We have currently have an oven that doesn’t work and ASKO will not honour our 5 warranty, saying we only have 2 years. I wish I had done more research and not bought this brand. I would expect a premium oven to last longer than 3 years.
