So many problems! – I hardly use the dryer unless it is a rainy day and so far I have had so many problems with the dryer breaking down and does not heat up to dry my clothes. it keeps saying to clean the lint filter after I have cleaned it numerous times throughly and the front latch on the washing machine door doesn't work and keeps coming lose. Even though this washing machine and dryer set was bought 5-6 years ago- it sat in storage as we were overseas for 3 years. DO not buy this expensive brand. We thought we would get what we paid for and would have hardly any issues but it has been the complete opposite! very disappointed with this brand.

Unreliable and expensive to repair! – Bought both a washer and dryer from Asko as a package. Thought I was investing in a quality long term product, so bought their top of the range. The washer need to be essentially rebuilt at the factory, that after more than three service visits to get it right. At least that was in the warranty period. Not long out of the warranty period for the dryer and its gone. Started with really minor odd responses to input. Then demanding to be cleaned and filtered with increasing frequency until it wouldn't get through the cycle without stopping short of dry. Then the front panel started flickering and now it shorts out the electricity in the house.

Quote for repairs at $622. Including a $400 electronic board replacement!

Really regretting my purchase together they were over $3000... and I really thought I'd done the research.

Unreliable and expensive to repair.

Asko products not reliable – Another Asko product which malfunction just after 2 yrs warranty. Both washer and dryer did not last longer than 3 years. Customer service in Australia is very very bad. Won't buy another Asko product and won't recommend to any of our friends at all!!! Will definitely try Miele (Made in German) next time.
