Screen broke after 1 month - terrible customer service – I bought as BYOD device for my son to take to school. Less than a month later the screen pixelated. 8 weeks after returning to ASUS they haven’t fixed it or responded. Bing Lee & ASUs refuse to just replace it. Terrible customer service as my son now needs to start back at school without a device. They haven’t been able to give me any estimate as to when I should expect it returned. Don’t buy ASUS! Don’t buy through bing Lee !

The perfect laptop at the perfect price – This has been perfect for all my needs and it is a great price. From general web browsing to documents or watching movies and listening to music, this ASUS has it all. Set up is seamless and it has all the features you'd expect from a higher priced laptop but at a fraction of the cost. The 14 inch screen is perfect and the battery lasts for 6 hours on a single charge. Plus its light weight and easy to handle which means I can take it anywhere with me. There are no issues loading and additional software can be added (I even managed to get extra storage added at a reduced cost!) I've had many laptops over the years and spend thousands on them but this is the best $450 I've ever spent. I just wish I had brought more for the whole family!
