Atkins Day Break Bars

Great weight loss tool for Keto – These are such a necessary part of my keto diet to assist with sugar cravings. I use them as a snack or in cooking as they taste delicious when they are melted.

Good and tasty – Good tasting food bar. I have tried so many of these type of quick snack health bars but I have settled on this as my favorite. My son likes them also.

Excellent – I have tried the Apple Crisp Bar, Chocolate Crisp Bar and Cranberry Almond Bar, but many of the others are just not available in Oz. They make a great replacement for that sweet something you have to have with a cup of coffee and they taste good as well. I carry one around in my handbag for those just in case moments where you get the nibblies and have to have something now. The price is getting better with competition between Woolies and Coles who both stock them. It is one of the cheaper Atkins products and lowest in net carbs NOt all flavours are available in Australia
