think they should be called lentil as it's a minor ingredient. They are crunchy and not too salty but as someone else mentioned, they have a numbing effect in the mouth. Being potato starch they are high glucose. It's junk food trying to mislead consumers that there's something healthy about it.

strawberry. Loved it, went back and bought more. Its good to know they are high in protein and very low in sugar. Does have monk fruit which is a healthy sweetener but often with Monk fruit it also has erythritol, altho its not stated. Would not purchase more if it had this ingredient in.
