Aus Roofing and Solar

Just had my roof replaced and honestly, these guys were awesome. Super easy to deal with, always kept me updated, and the whole process was way smoother than I expected. The team showed up on time, worked fast, and the place was spotless when they finished. The new roof looks great, and you can tell the quality is solid. Really happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Sean and his from Aus Roofing and Solar if you need a roof replaced—great crew, great work, zero stress.

Our experience with Sean from AUS Roofing & Solar began when he was appointed by our insurer to assess flood damage caused by Cyclone Alfred. His knowledge, thoroughness, and attention to detail immediately impressed us. What really stood out, though, was how genuinely he cared about our property. Months after his initial assessment, we decided to engage Sean directly to carry out the repairs.

Given the sheer volume of work generated by Cyclone Alfred, we didn’t expect him to remember us. To our surprise, Sean recognised the job immediately and recalled the condition of our roof and the issues he had previously identified. Some people remember faces and names. Sean remembers roofs.

We engaged Sean to replace a large area (around 70sqm) of poorly installed flat metal sheet roofing that had been laid with less than a 1° fall and was never going to perform as intended. He also rectified inadequate transition flashing between the tiled roof of the main house and the metal sheet roof of the extension. Based on the excellent work his team did, we later engaged him again to address additional, long-overdue repairs to the main house tile roof.

All work was clearly documented with photos and explanations, making both the issues and the solutions easy to understand.

Overall, a highly professional and trustworthy experience. Sean clearly takes pride in doing things properly, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AUS Roofing & Solar to anyone dealing with storm damage or preventative roofing work.

6 months ago Aus Roofing and Solar replaced my roof. I highly recommend this company because they did an amazing job. They were professional, easy to contact, stuck to the quote and completed the job on time. Yesterday, we had a gentleman from Vac Away ( a company I also highly recommend) to clean the gutters. When he had finished he said, " I've seen some poorly done rooves and yours is NOT one of them !". High praise indeed from one who knows. Go with Aus Roofing and Solar. You won't be disappointed.
