Aussie Bodies Protein Delite

Good – A handy sized, post gym pick me up! i found that sometimes, just a piece of fruit after a work out was not curbing my appetite, so i saw the protein delite in Woolworths and thought i'd give it a go. Each bar is approx 200kcals, which isn't tipping the scales for my daily calorie intake. Also i find with my restriction of calories, i don't get the opportunity to get a great deal of protein in my diet, so this bar helps make up the quota, fantastic product! high protein, tastes good, great snack between meals when dieting/ healthy eating some shops price this product well above the RRP!
