Terrible exchange rate – We got this card for a trip to the U.K. and Thailand but after using our ING card as we hadn’t fully tipped it up we realised the exchange rate was awful. Our bank gave us 1.87 AUD to the pound whilst the Auspost gave us $2 to £1. Doesn’t sound like a lot but over $5k it was £173 difference!! It was the same in Thailand too. We won’t use it… Read more
again. I’d recommend opening an account with ING instead as they refund all overseas currency fees and ATM charges.

Absolute rubbish – Tried to reload card and it won’t let you as the box which says do you accept condition will not flag the tick. Users beware if you use this top up function overseas it does not work

According to the Product Disclosure Statement emergency cash replacement is available änywhere in the world, normally within 20 minutes, up to the available balance". I found it took at least a day where there is a Western Union office available and then only $1000 is available per day. Another phone call on a later day to their call centre is needed to get further cash. On top of this calls to their call centre were very unclear and often dropped out.
