Very unethical – They will try to slug you extra for items which are clearly stated to be included in the quote. They will tell you that they will reinstate parts of your building because it has to be removed in order to remove the asbestos, but then deny that its part of the quote and they want to charge a ridiculously high extra price to reinstate. They also wasted a day of my time because they didnt allocate enough time to complete the work and had to reschedule. On top of that, they were not able to carry out the work on the rescheduled date. In the end I gave up and told them I will get someone else to do the job. I suggest you do likewise.
