Rubbish – This machine is the noisiest air con Ive ever seen in my life !!! Speed and 'coolness' were both set to 'low' and it nearly blew us out of the room and talk about loud ! Theres no way you can sleep with that noise! We were expecting something very different to what we got. Very disappointed with it. Noisy

Poor Quality, Poor Performance – We bought this Air con (the 12000btu version) a few weeks ago from DealsDirect and when it arrived we were very unhappy, the machine itself is extremely poor quality, the hot air extraction tube is such poor quality it warped from the hot air travelling through it. a fan and will just blow coolish air on you....if you want to cool down a small room like the 1 we bought it for then forget it! The window mounting pieces are made from cheap thin plastics that can break very easily. In the end we finally got a refund and went out and bought a quality Olimpia air con from a reputable supplier and have never looked back since! Stay away from these units!
