PERSONALISED CHARM – I was initially asked to remove my first review as the company promised to replace the charm I purchased. Unfortunately, the replacement charm was no better than the first—it had the exact same issue. The engraving is so tiny that you need a magnifying glass just to read it, which is completely unacceptable given the product description and price.

When I raised this issue again, I was insulted by their response—they offered me a mere $8 AUD as compensation for a product I paid $46.95 AUD for! This demonstrates a total lack of respect for their customers and a failure to take responsibility for their poor-quality products.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere, as both their product quality and customer service are deeply disappointing.

Instant results – Wow!
