More hassle than help! – The theory is great but there are better options on the market. Pots are fiddly, often lids open in the freezer or they fall over when you are getting things in and out of freezer. They are a good portion size though. Shop around and find a moulded tray where all of the cubes are together with a lid. good portion size Fiddly. Fall over. Lids sometimes open.

Great size for a baby meal – I use baby cubes and well as ice cube trays. These have been good to use. Great size for baby meals and if he finishes it I'll give him something else. You don't need to buy a lot of them as you can also use ice cube trays. I started using these at about 7 months. Great size for baby meals If overfill they won't close properly when freezing, I have already broken/cracked one so need to be careful

Bad – A good idea in theory, but not in practice. I ended up throwing these out and turned to a different option - a tray which you fill with food and then cover with a segmented rubber lid which separates the food into 30 ml serves. Allow small amounts of purees etc to be frozen in single serve portions. The lids never stayed closed once frozen,… Read more

unless the amount frozen was way under the max fill line, not easy to store when not in use, too small once baby is a bit older.

Excellent – I love these baby cubes, unfortunately I dropped a couple when I opened the freezer and they shattered but I am planning to replace them. They are so handy for freezing excess puree and are a great size for my 7 month old. As he gets older I will use 2 at a time. BPA free which is always good. Great size for a 6-8 month old just starting on… Read more

solids, allows you to make your own baby food and freeze it. If dropped after coming out of freezer, they break. Start to get small as baby gets a little older.

Excellent – I make my own babies food and these were a great buy for me as I find they are easy to store in the freezer and then to take out when we go out. I would definately not hesiate to recommend to anyone to buy these cubes for their babies food. If you are planning making your own baby food these are a brilliant idea for storing meal sized portions. As… Read more

they are individual cubes they are perfect for taking your babies food with you out and about. Can be used in the freezer, microwave and dishwasher. None that I can think of.

Excellent – I really like these cubes especially for portability. I find that they are great but are more useful as part of a mixture with smaller ice cube style food freezing containers. They are BPA free which is important to me. They can go in the microwave but if putting any plastic in the microwave is a concern for you, applying a little bit of downwards… Read more

pressure to the bottom and the frozen contents pop right out.

I love that they sit in the tray in the freezer and I can grab one and go unlike other baby food freezing containers where there are multiple serves in a tray.

Being transparent I can see what is inside unlike some other containers I have. And they say that you can use a non-permanent maker on the tray to mark dates etc which I think is great however I find a simple stock rotation works a treat as they don’t last in the freezer very long. I found that my bub took to food like a duck to water and now eats more than a cube can hold per meal. I find that for meals at home, using baby food ice tray style containers is better for portioning as I can select the amount as per his appetite and what he has eaten so far today, and also I can mix up what he is having without having to cook them together.

Excellent – These were great for freezing small amounts of breastmilk for meals and once my son started solids, they froze pureed fruit and vegetables. They don't leak if tipped over in the freezer nor do they form the ice crystals on the top like other containers. Once my son was off pureed foods, we froze juices in them as they were quick to pop out the… Read more

juice cube and into a glass of water. Great for storing breastmilk and pureed fruits and vegetables. I also found that they don't leak when knocked over in the freezer. When stored empty, the containers fall out and get lost as there is nothing holding them in place.

Good – My mum bought these for me before my baby started solids, and after chasing the little containers around my cupboard for a few weeks, I decided I didn't want to use them and gave them back to her. Once solids began, however, my freezer soon filled up with the more bulky containers I was freezing his food in, so I asked for them back and they have… Read more

been brilliant, I've bought two more trays. I freeze little cubes of pureed stewed fruit which I add to my sons breakfast every day, and I have a variety of meals all neatly stacked in the freezer, ready to thaw and use. Great for storing pre-made baby meals in the freezer, without taking up much room. When not in use, the little containers are all over the place, they don't seem to want to stay in the tray unless they have food in them to weigh them down.
