After having an issue with my toaster, I contacted their customer service support and can say how extremely great Văn was in resolving my matter. Easy to contact and quick with email responses. It’s not often that you get that sort of service from any Warranty issues.

Very disappointed with this toaster. Toasts the top part of the bread first, one side only and doesn’t toast the other side. Have tried all settings and different types of bread. Same issue. Cheaper brands would toast a lot better. Don’t recommend this product.

I thought I’d buy new toaster my other one was old and didn’t fit long bread slices . I bought a baccarat one because it toasts all breads apparently well it’s awful and it was expensive Kmart ones are probably better and cheaper . It doesn’t toast both sides at once and seams to burn things even on low . Don’t buy .
Follow-up · I tried all breads all bread fits ok but each side doesn’t toast together and the edges burn

Total waste of money – This 4 slice baccarat toaster lasted approximately 10 uses .Completely blew our electrical system after these 10 uses.Dont waste your money. Further to writing this it has still not been replaced 2 weeks later.
Baccarat- does not live up to expectations – We purchased this toaster because we needed a unit that could accommodate longer slices of bread. The toaster has lots of different settings, yet none of them seemed to be able to produce a slice of toast that wasn’t burnt on one end and blond on the other. The store gave us a replacement, however this has exactly the same issue.
