Ordered after seeing good reviews online and memo. It took weeks with our order pending. I then emailed them and it shipped without any response to my concerns snot delayed shipping. On receipt, the bag is poorly designed and of poor quality, and I have been completely ghosted. No response to any of my emails. My only recourse at this stage is to claim through my bank. Show details

I ordered the sorrento nappy bag in July 2025. The website stated that orders placed before 12pm would be shipped the same day otherwise it would be the next business day. but received no response. I could see on their social media that other people were commenting on posts enquiring about their orders as well. I eventually had to lodge a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Really great nappy bag – I bought this bag for my wife after she dropped a lot of hints, and she loves it, and I must say I don't mind carrying it either. Very cool to have the USB charger as well. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable backpack. Show details

Poor customer service and poor quality – I received the Sorrento backpack as a gift and within 6 months, the stitching was coming apart at the seams. I reached out to the company and was told it's considered 'normal wear and tear' and isn't covered under warranty. It's certainly not wear and tear, the bag looks in as new condition!
