Forget about Baumaic cooktops. Just a load of unreliable rubbish – Installed mine in July 2015. Four weeks later the rear frying pan station ceased working and a week later the front right station ceased working. Now the left side two stations are the only ones still working. Wouldnt buy another Baumatic – Wouldnt put another Baumatic appliance in my home. Bought oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher all had problems and now tell me cant replace the main board in the induction cooktop. They are crap .

Spend your money on a horse – Just out of warranty so I have to pay $100 and wait a week for a tech to put a saucepan of water on each zone, one at a time, sniff the stovetop and then say, "You know how we said it might be cheaper to buy a new one than to fix this one?" If your lucky. $700 for just over two years' worth of occasional, low-heat cooking (because if you cook at a high heat, the stovetop overheats and dies). I wouldn't touch another Baumatic/Venini product ever again. nothing everything

Not a good buy – The original purchase worked well for a few months and then started to turn off when shallow frying. The replacement lasted a bit over 12 months before it started to do the same thing. We now use an electric fry pan for shallow frying. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Quick to heat It doesn't work properly

Do not buy this product if you want a hob that works! – Bought this product & it worked for 1 year. Then it suddenly stopped working! Provided with a new hob after 3 months wait...this worked for 1 week and it broke...waited 2 months & today we were t last provided with a hob with replacement parts!! Great Cooktop – I wanted an induction cooktop but found them too expensive. The Baumatic GECE6006 was one of the cheaper models available and I so I was a little apprehensive. lock, a timer and it flashes after cooking to remind you that the hob is still hot. The best thing is how easy it is to clean. Would never go back to gas or electric now. Just remember you might need to buy new cookware. Easy to clean, heats up quickly, simple to use, great price
