Cooks unevenly – The oven bakes and grills as a regular over. However, it does cook a tray of food unevenly. We find we have to keep rotating the tray so that some food is not burnt while the rest is cooking. There were also not enough racks provided for the oven. Smokey – Just wondering.My oven has smoked since we purchased it 5 years ago.We clean it ,have had it professionally done .Absolute Joke .Its Winter and we have ,to open the doors .The fire alarm goes off every time .At least they work .Frustrated.Can anyone else write the same problems or just me .  Show details

Perfect cooking every-time! – Love the double oven feature . This gives the freedom to cook different things at different temperatures. Keep things warm while cooking large meals to feed the family. It cooks evenly and it is easy to use. Has a cool down feature which means the fan stays on for a while after you have finished cooking. This can be annoying in open plan living.  Show details

Cooks well, so far so good – Did a kitchen renovation few months back, first oven was found shattered after opening box, baumatic honoured it without trouble and sent a replacement immediately. Works well and cooks pretty fast, reasonable price and good customer service. Would recommend this brand to anyone if you want a good product with good customer service.  Show details

buying. The timer alarm is soft even after spending what seems an eternity to find out how to do it, as are a couple of the settings. The most annoying thing about this oven is that it can spend up an hour after cooking cleaning itself, where the fans are going continuously.

It's well priced and it's does what it's meant to do and that is heat what ever you put in it.

Looks excellent, feels great, cooks up a dream! – We are so happy with out Baumatic Appliances - we have the induction cooktop, steam oven, combo microwave oven, integrated dishwasher, and concealed rangehood - can't rave about them enough! Can't read the symbols. Need a torch to select oven settings – Can't register the warranty . All three methods, phone email and website not responding. Email returned I can't read the symbols and need a torch to select the oven settings. The website says new site coming soon and that is 4weeks since I tried first time. Nice Oven Shame About The Warranty – My oven was duly installed on 7 December 2015 and on the 9th December I began the burning off. I completed the lower oven first and all went according to plan. door. Returning to the kitchen after the prescribed time I went to turn the knobs off and found them so hot they burned my fingers. I then realised the whole circuit had been tripped and was thankful the house had not burned down! When the technician arrived he found the thermostat had never ever been wired in! The buttons for the timer, etc. were melted and the knobs seized up from so high a heat. Two weeks later we were still waiting for it to be fixed. Imagine my surprise when I found out the service company had been told I had been cooking with the oven for over a year and it was not a new oven. You can come to your own conclusions about this. I have.

Now the good part: The electricians who came out and checked the oven out and their boss were incredibly ethical and helpful people. I cannot recommend them too highly.

And the food I have cooked has cooked delightfully well.

HOWEVER the people who are looking after Baumatic Warranty leave much to be desired. Even with proof of purchase supplied by me, they still had on their file today that I had the oven on 1 December 2014. Strangely they also cannot find the email I sent with proof of purchase. So I resent a copy of the original email again and have requested to be notified that the warranty now has the correct date. I am expecting to have to make a phone call after Christmas to verify this sadly.

Do not buy this oven – I had this oven installed as part of a new kitchen installation on 5 February. One week later, having had the electrician wire it up and come back to check his work, I advised that it does not work. Beaumatic's repairer called and confirmed that the oven was correctly wired and found that a fuse in the oven clock had blown, but could not explain… Read more

why. He ordered the part and said that it would take seven to ten days. He would not explain why I am not receiving a replacement, working oven. Beaumatic are not supplying a working oven, notwithstanding that it has never worked. I have not heard back from Beaumatic's repairer, or the company, or the kitchen manufacturer and have now been waiting 34 days, with still no working oven in sight and still no contact from Beaumatic. Do not buy this product.

Love this oven – I did a lot of research before I bought this oven.It was replacing an OLD double oven electrolux which had never let me down in 18 yrs(second hand when I got it) so had big shoes to fill. I could not buy this model Baumatic in WA so had it freighted from QLD. And after a year, I'm still totally rapt. Would recommend to anyone  Show reply

An excellent double oven! – This Baumatic oven is great. I put one in a brand new kitchen as recommended by the sales person. I am very pleased with the oven being able to grill in two separate compartments and cook in two separate compartments.
