Great customer service – Great customer service, Bay Leather Republic. We bought 2 different lounge suites (Latitude 3 seater, 2 seater and ottoman - Grand lodge 3 seater and 2 seater- all in caramel leather) - total 5 separate pieces of furniture in October 2013. Upon delivery, Latitude 3 seater had a bump in the seat and Grand Lodge 2 seater had a pen mark. Bay Leather Republic has replaced all 5 pieces of furniture - they waited till they had all new furniture in stock, and made at the same time so the dye would match. Prompt delivery - new furniture arrived today. Can't recommend you enough for your quality service. Very comfy lounges, great service.
