Communication throughout the process could have been better, which made the experience frustrating at times. On a positive note, once the issue was escalated, Deb was very helpful, responded promptly, and compensation was provided, which was appreciated and helped resolve the situation.

Very happy with our purchase! We found the entire purchase process easy. The sales experience with King was excellent. The sales lady we dealt with was friendly, professional and helped us put our couch together. Took about three months to deliver from time of order. We have been waiting excitedly for our brand new Jasper lounge to arrive. Sadly piece by piece as the delivery drivers unpacked it we were horrified to see filthy stains on most of the lounge cushions. We called King Furniture at that moment and they spoke to the driver and requested he take photos. They said we could as well. The driver said… Read more
they would replace the damaged covers., Well not the case King have opted for a cleaner to remove the black oily stains on our white linen lounge. Absolutely devastated, this lounge as you can see in pictures is more than a dirty spot. The driver mentioned this was new packaging for them and had in his 7 years of working for them seen anything this bad. We wouldn’t recommend this company, we spent a lot of money on this QUALITY lounge that has just shown us the filthy warehouse or container it came from. We have been offered cleaning. We don’t want unnecessary chemicals and will take this further unless we get a better response other than we are so sorry. Very unhappy King Furniture.
3/3/2026 This is an update to the above review. King Living (K.L.) did send out somebody to clean the sofas, took along time but i think that was more to do with the cleaning company than K.L.. After a number of months King Living will be sending out new covers to replace the stained covers which is a good result. They haven't arrived yet but are on their way. I would still recommend that King Living improve the packaging for their sofas to avoid these dramas and costs with future clients.

However, all this is undone by the ridiculous way the 3 pieces are joined by a component King Living call “Magic Joiners” (4 of them in my case). There is nothing magic about these things. There are 2 required per join (from underneath) and they are supposed to firmly hold the couch together. However, when two physically fit men are unable to push the couch together hard enough to get more than one of these on per join (and ultimately give up), the design team has a lot to answer for. The physical exertion put into trying to join this couch had to be seen to be believed.
The result is that I have a $17k couch that has to be pushed back together morning, noon and night and comes apart while you’re lying on it. It would be laughable if it hadn’t cost so much money. In trying to be smart in the design, they’ve taken what is generally a simple design feature of any couch and botched it to the point it ruins the experience of owning the couch as it won’t stay together.
I’ll keep trying to install them but if I can’t make it fit I’ll likely have no choice but to manually join the pieces with flat metal plates and tek screws. Not the dream.

Looks are not important I would give no star – Looks fabulous but it’s saggy from day one and unfit for purpose!!!! BUT customer service tries to convince you otherwise…. arrived september and from day one I contacted them as it’s saggy and uncomfortable- even so we bought PREMIUM FIRM, which I thought was ours mean some more then you lie in it like a boat. and I supposed to be that way and I’m supposed to fluff up the back rest pillows daily….. thanks @king living that you have a no happiness is guaranteed policy. Should be ashamed. I had twice technical support come out once to stick more foam into it and now the chaise is like a mountain and you roll off, second time he came to fit better pillow cover inside the back rests as the duck feather spike all the time ( even after the second insert went it) and they don’t keep the shape…. But that didn’t help much either. Spoke to them but got told that there is nothing wrong. Therefore I can’t honestly recommend this couch, no wonder so many are marketplace for sale…. Very sad for what it costs

the time to properly understand the issue and the history behind it, kept me updated throughout, and genuinely seemed invested in getting the matter resolved. After what had initially been a frustrating experience, having someone take ownership of the situation and deal with it so professionally made a huge difference.
It’s very easy to judge a company when something goes wrong, but I think how they respond when a customer has a genuine problem says far more. Deb went above and beyond to turn my experience around and ultimately brought the matter to a resolution I was very happy with.

Jasper sofa – It’s a very comfortable modular sofa. The wood arms are great, quite a decorative feature apart from being functional. The back cushions can be adjusted in position to suit everyone. It really enhances the room generally.

I ordered a pair of magic joiners. Instead of just shipping me what I ordered, I received an email requesting what model lounge i had so the correct item would be sent. Even gave instructions how to find my model number, as they had ran my name in the system and couldn't find my order from over 10 years ago. Disappointed with quality – A bit disappointed with quality at this price point. Stitching isnt straight, zippers look cheap and stand out when should be concealed, the sections dont line up. It may be the fabric I chose the texture isn't even along the whole couch.
Feather option think twice – We purchased the feather filled version, very disappointed as the seating areas need constant attention to pump up as depressions are left on seating areas. I disappointed that the sales person didn’t mention that at time of purchase.
Bad – Needing to follow up whether our sofa has been made correctly. The material seems to be too loose so when it has been sat on the material looks stretched and old. Quite a comfortable lounge though.

Amazing lounge and great quality – We originally bought this to suit our old house, and it was amazing. We recently renovated and purchased an additional corner piece to match the new room and it’s even better. So comfortable and the leather is so soft. Was also easy to dismantle and put back together while moving, which was great too.

Great comfort and style – From start to finish the crew at King were helpful with design, shape and details that satisfied our tastes and budget.They were great to deal with when we had to change delivery date twice!
We have purchased the jasper leather lounge for over 15 years and 3 of the zippers were broken due to wear and tear. Stylish, Comfortable, and Built to Last – A very comfortable and great-looking sofa. It’s been five months since we bought it, and we continue to receive compliments from guests. This is my second King Living sofa. We still have the first one (the Uno), and even after 12 years it remains structurally solid and very comfortable. Based on that experience, we expect this one to last at least as long.
A standout masterpiece! – Such a beautiful and comfortable sofa. The fabric in Richmond Wattle Green feels amazing and complements my living area perfectly. It’s truly a standout piece in my living room. I’ve absolutely never regretted this purchase.
Great couch, infinitely customisable – We’ve had our Jasper for 9 months of so and absolutely love it. Extremely comfortable, and super versatile. We have it in an L shape most of the time but often split it when having guests over to make a better conversation space. Love the Quinn fabric. Still very happy with our purchase.
A most comfortable addittion to our new apartment – Our new large apartment gave us an opportunity to splash out on a large Jasper setup. The comfotable cushions with their bolster backs give great support both sitting straight and just lounging about. Our grand daughter from Adelaide gave it a test "couch surfing" on her way to Japan and had an excellent nghts sleep. We could not have made a better choice.
