the whole experience with Beko was less than satisfactory no tech support for the repair tech who attended, finally after 3 ovens I got one that worked, the pyro clean function is not great, the glass door cracked the first time I used the pyro clean function, they did replace the glass but I had to fit it myself

The Beko BB06851PDX oven is the best oven I have ever used and I bake almost daily. It cooks evenly with no need to rotate the food, the fan doesnt blow all over you, and is non intrusive. The oven is easy to use. It has brilliant accessories, I love the full width baking tray that connects to a fully extending telescopic rail, you can fit 24 biscuits on the one tray and they cook superbly. The light is perfect so you can see when your food is ready to come out. The oven door remains cool touch. This is a brilliant oven I am so happy I bought it, I recommend this oven. Thanks to Beko for designing such a perfect oven.

Works well, if and when it works – Purchased 5 months ago, already onto my second unit after the first one left the factory without the side rails properly fastened which resulted the shelving collapsing mid cook, damaging the internal walls of the oven. Second unit, arrived with faulty hinges, resulting in the oven randomly shutting down because it thinks the door is open. Spoke to Beko, this is a 'known fault' (their words) yet still waiting a month for replacement hinges to be installed. Speed to pre-heat is reasonable, cooks well when it works (if it doesn't shut down mid cook), but five months since purchase and I am yet to have a properly functioning unit. Stay away.

Mr. Michael Jensen - Assigned - Oven-Glass door hinge defective - WO: 9679822 - WC: 16082647 has been escalated to our Tech Supervisor. Replacement hinges have been organized and sent to the repair agent. Agent will call customer when they receive the parts.
