Terrible – By far the worst ever Dryer we have had in 28 years , Sold our old one for $50 worst decision ever and the new beaut Beko just dries for hours doing nothing really ? been onto customer service several times and get told we use the machine wrong ? tried all the cycles as suggested but find it useless if you need to dry things in a hurry. Show details

Had very little use in the 4 years since I bought it – My dryer no longer heats. Went back to Betta Electrical, they fobbed me off to the manufacturer, who told me the closest repairer was 140 km away. Phoned them and was told I was looking at over $500 for quote, travel and return to fix. Dryer Purchased 14/09/2017 used less than 50 times since new. I now have no faith in Beko or Betta. Show details

Best dryer I have ever used – I use it mostly for towels and sheets. It dries them so fast without steaming up the room. They are a bit creased. I love how the sensor stops the dryer when they are done.

Love it – I found it fantastic as it does not make the room moist like other clothes dryer. I have developed a habit of cleaning the filter and empty the water catcher every time I use it. Very energy efficient. Show details

Working really good – When I bought this dryer, I wasn't really sure because I hadn't seen the brand before. I decided to try it and now I'm really happy: it works well, has many programs and uses technology to save energy Show details

Great dryer – We have had our dryer for almost two years and I love using it. It is so good to not have to worry about opening windows or the walls becoming wet. You do have to clean the filter underneath, as if it is not cleaned it will take hours to dry towels and sheets. It automatically will turn off when the clothes are dry which is such a good feature,… Read more

you can leave it on without having to worry. We love our beko products. It doesn't seem to hike up the electricity bill too much either which is great!

Excellent Dryer – Chose the Beko condenser dryer as it was very well priced compared to others, and bought a matching Beko front-loader at the same time. We are extremely happy with both units and have had none of the problems some other reviewers have had. Can't understand what we do differently, perhaps we are more easily satisfied. But we would recommend this… Read more

dryer to anyone wanting an efficient, effective and attractive dryer which will be visible to visitors. We have had two Zanussi condenser dryers in the past and find the Beko, though much less expensive, outperforms the more upmarket Zanussi.

No complaints – My previous Beko had served us well but this time decided to choose the Condenser version as was sick of moisture build up in the laundry and was so glad I did. Unlike some reviewers I find the clothes are dry every load. Drying time is faster than my previous model. Considering a Condenser Dryer the price was very reasonable and competitive to other brands.  Show details

Good dryer but some major faults – Looks pretty. Drying time is hours for sheets and towels. Doesn't have reverse spin in the cycle so clothes and Doona covers become a balled up mess with wet soggy interior. I really love not having dog hair and dust flung around the laundry and up the walls - the filter is awesome. But it takes all weekend to dry my washing and sometimes things… Read more

don't dry and I forget to get them out and so it's all damp stinky and I have to wash and start again.

Also the water tank is a bit small. If someone forgets to empty it would leak everywhere.

I wouldn't buy this dryer again. it's quiet and reliable but so slow and balls all the washing into a soggy heap.

Great dryer at a great price! – I purchased this dryer 6 months ago and on the way home decided then I would read some reviews (nearly cried when I saw some bad reviews). When it got delivered I didn't have high expectations but it ran perfectly. My towels have never been softer and clothes come out dry every time and don't smell!! Only thing is the 'express' option is only… Read more

good if you have a few items you need to dry quick which makes sense. the dryer is really big and can easily dry a big load of washing! I really think this dryer was great value for money.

Terrible dryer, perfect customer care – Terrible dryer, never got clothes completely dry and I followed the destructions to the letter. Not efficient or quick compared to old school dryer and I had to babysit it through the process due to it stopping before the water drawer was full or it thinking the clothes were dry when they weren't. However, Beko's customer service was the best… Read more

I've ever experienced (vw need to learn from them) they sent two service techs out to repair it but couldn't so they credited the purchase price at the store I bought it from.

Outstanding service Beko, thanks.

Pefect for when you can't have a ducted dryer – I needed a condenser dryer because my laundry cupboard was located in the middle of the house and it was too far to duct a conventional dryer. Overall I am really happy with this Beko dryer, and have been particularly impressed how it does not create any condensation in my small laundry cupboard. There are various sensor settings and I find that… Read more

"Cotton Cupboard Dry+" mode leaves my clothes completely dry. Perhaps the other reviewers who have experienced issues with dryness are either overloading the machine or need to use another sensor mode. I chose to connect the dyer to the drain so I didn't have to worry about emptying the tank. This dryer looks great stacked above a matching Beko washing machine. This dryer has given me a lot of confidence in Beko, and I'll be buying more of their appliances in the future.

Doesn't dry clothes properly! – Bought this dryer last year after our old Simpson dryer died after several years of working. After paying upwards of $800 we expected a lot from this dryer as it promised so much. However, it does not dry our clothes anywhere near as efficiently as our old really basic dryer. It takes twice as long and the clothes don't even come out completely… Read more

dry in the end!

Also, the in-built drying sensor is completely rubbish. I set our clothes to dry for 2.5 hours to ensure the whole load is dry, and the machine cuts out half way through because it 'senses' the load is dry when it most definitely isn't!

And although the condenser is a good idea, it is annoying to have to constantly have to keep emptying the water container throughout the washing process. And although it promises to to decrease the amount of wrinkling in our clothes, I feel as though it does the opposite. It takes just as long if not longer to iron all the clothes than it used to with my old dryer.

Extremely unimpressed with this dryer and wish I could return it.

Leave clothes crinkled and funky smelling – Bought this dryer 25/10/15 to replace a cheap old vented Fisher and Paykel I had for 5+ years. We opted for the condenser cause the vented caused a bit of condensation in our small laundry. Immediately was disappointed. For a nearly $900 dryer I expected a lot more... The condenser does its job with minimal hot air but without plumbing you'll… Read more

be emptying the water container constantly, as in, after every load.

The clothes come out dry enough but they are always crinkled. I've tried every setting, I've shaken out clothes before putting them in, I've gotten them out and hung them up straight after the load finishes... Nothing works. For a time poor person who's job requires business professional attire this is a huge negative. Funnily enough I never had this issue with my old $400 vented machine.

Perhaps the biggest issue is my towels come out smelling clean but after a single use they take on a very strong musky odour. As if they had moisture trapped inside or something. It's very strange and again, not anything I'd experienced with my previous machine. I haven't really had it happen with normal clothing as of yet, but i haven't tried drying anything thick like a jacket/jumper yet.

I'll be returning the machine this weekend. I'm actually thankful for this experience to be honest. We are building a house and had arranged to purchase a whole suite of new white goods for it. Most of those were Beko, at least now I can exchange them prior to them being delivered.
