No beko support in Australia. Door seal is leaking for 4 months nobody is able to order the spare part – Door seal is leaking after only one year. Nothing but issues – Have had nothing but issues, machine was sent off twice and eventually replaced because the dryer was not working and now just two months later it’s broken again. Customer service is hopeless and rude, constantly threatening extra charges for fixing their own dodgy product. I will never buy this brand again. Show details

Washer Dryer Combination bad quality brand – Worked fine first 2 odd years. But when it brakes none of my local service companies here in Sydney want to fix it. Machine has a leak from the condenser unit apparently and will cost 200 call-out fee plus 780 to fix a thumb nail size clip - that equates to $1000 for a dead machine less than 3 years old. Beko WDA8514AT – Purchased this machine new from Radio Rentals - Tea Tree Plus, Modbury early 2015. The dryer component died around the 3-month mark and the washing machine died at around 18 months and then it went on the curb for hard waste collection. I was working long hours at the time & didn't pursue the warranty so I can't comment on their customer service or warranty processes.  Show details

Great washing machine! – Washing well with the daily quick wash! Do not really need to use any other mode unless it is for linen and other heavy duty stuff. It is very quiet washing machine, but may be a little bit noisy during the fastest spin at the end of the cycle. Bought this while on sale!  Show details

Air Space Around Washer Dry – Before buying this machine be a where a 3 cm space is require between both sides and the top of the machine. This creates a under space size of 66 cm x 86 cm which is large than the standard under cupboard space. I am told by Beko that the additional space is required due to the heat generated by the machine.  Show details

Lemmon – Washer/Dryer hasn’t worked correctly since we bought it. Had to buy separate dryer. And now the washing machine side of not working.$1400 and 6 weeks out of warranty. Not happy with the product

Great machine – Have used this machine for a few months and it's doing a solid job so far. Was previously using a Haier top loader which has issues - front loader so far doing a better job. Haven't used the drying function often, but no issues when I did. The express wash is good for the little things I need washed in a hurry.  Show details

Beko = Lemon – We purchased a Beko washer dryer combo, after 5 months use it broke down, it took Beko 6 weeks after having the repair man out 5 times to finally replace the unit. 6 months later it broke down again, repair man fixed it and 3 weeks later it's broken AGAIN. Had an LG for 11 years and now purchased another-plug in/connect and works straight away.

will deal with their service contractors. I end up chasing both Beko and their contractors which is a big headache and still took 2 weeks to replaced the parts.

Pros - Washes clothes if it works.

Cons - motor is unreliable, only lasted 6 months. Poor service warranty. Drying clothes will give a burning smell of rubber. Can damage clothes easily when you do wash and dry.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this product! Save yourself from headaches.

I paid over $1100 for this machine and am so disappointed it did not even last a year. Perhaps my machine is a lemon but I have no confidence in this brand now.
