bellini poor design – yes this model no longer made ,but have to agree with previous comments about oven door hinges ,They are a very poor design from new ,I replaced one but had to cut the hinge and weld it trying to improve sealing pressure and the seals are of poor quality too
Perfuming the pig – I realise this model is obsolete now, but has been replaced by an updated version currently priced at $867 from Bunnings. If there was ever a product that supported the saying ''you get what you pay for" then this is it. I just wanted to add to the chorus of derision regarding the quality of this oven, especially the door. One thing minimum you… Read more
need in an oven is a door that will close. Who at Bellini sat down and decided to use discarded dog food tins to make the hinges? If Bunnings gave this product for free, it would still be overpriced! The hassle, and the random results of your cooking attempts could never compensate you. I know affordability is a real issue with kitchen stuff, and some people have little choice, however ANYTHING BUT BELLINI should be on your tee shirt. Try piling up some sticks, set fire to them, and wave a chicken above it. It will be quicker, tastier and much better cooked than using this truly awful product.
good for the price – looks ok but takes longer to microwave everything even 60 second oats seem to take 75 sec to heat haven't tried the grilling function as still worry about putting any metal into a microwave the blue time clock look cool at night though are LG was a lot faster at preparing meals than this one but at just over $100 bucks get what you pay for Show details
Rubbish oven have had 2 in 3 years (replacement) NEVER NEVER BUY ONE OF THESE OVENS – We bought an oven and hotplates (Bellini) and it had only been installed a couple of months & the seal went in the door & the door broke. They had to replace the whole oven. Few months of hardly any use the seals are gone in the new oven, cooks unevenly & when you first turn it on a loud screaming sound comes from the oven. You have to keep opening and closing the door to stop it. Never again Show details
Started off well but then started to fall apart – The oven work reasonably well when we first bought it, although it took a while to heat up. Shortly after the 2 year warrantee the door hinges started to fail and the door would fall off when opening the oven. I got a quote to get the hinges replaced by a local repairer and they came back $410. For an oven that costs $1000 how can replacing a hinge cost nearly half the price? Show details
Nightmare Come True – We live in rented accomodation, so are at the mercy of the landlord. The oven in the house needed replacing and we were told that a replacement was coming from the local Bunnings. We looked on their website to see that the only 90cm oven was a Bellini. You can imagine the dread when we read the terrible reviews. This was realised on the first… Read more
day, when a fairly large piece of enamel came off the oven wall.
The second day, the inside of the glass door exploded into tiny pieces.
Why is this product allowed into Australia & shame on you, Bunnings, for selling this rubbish
Bellini 900 oven – Terrible oven purchased from bunnings been replaced 3 times and door brackets replaced 3 times due to door not closing now oven is not heating up waiting to be repaired again I seem to be without an oven more than I have one hard to speak to anyone at bellini have to email them then all they do is have repairer call you don't seem to want to take responsibility
Falling apart – We have been using our oven & cook top for just over 18mths, knobs broke within a month, rubber seal is in pieces and last week I opened the door and it fell off. Bought it new from our local Bunnings because it looked nice, it's out of warranty now so we have to replace faulty parts ourselves
Very poor support. Feels like a waste of time trying to get and answer on the phone – I was trying to by spare parts for this. After very long winded messages on all the stuff you have to submit by email for a warranty claim (no option to speak to anybody) you eventually get the option for spares..dial 3.. Hooray... 10 mins later still no answer. Tried again later. Same result. Give up. This is the new nightmare world of "service"… Read more
but actually no service. So frustrating. Please do not buy these cheap brands from Bunnings. I thinks it is a false economy.
