i need a measure cup / locking lid for the bellini 600x

Hi look I have had this for 2 days so kinda new to the whole thing for some reason the belini is shredding my meat even when in reverse mode Its turning into pate which is quite gross any help would be greatly appreciated

There is a switch under the machine that you will need to turn on first. On new machines there usually will be a protective transparent cover. I had the same problem till I read the manual for instructions.

All I want is the rubber ring for the stainless steel bowel . It still works great . Bought at target a second bowel but it doesn’t supply the lid that I assume has the rubber ring . So if I have to buy the lid that has the rubber seal then so be it . The code for stainless bowel is BTMKM-01
