BenQ G2420HD

Reliable and colour accurate-ish – I got this years ago, and like the other reviewers, have been really impressed with it. I have noticed that without regular calibration, the prints I get from my photographs which have been edited on this screen are accurate and true to life. I am writing this review as I'm in the market for a second screen now and hope that I can find something similar, or even a used one! Reliable Monitor – Ive had mine for around 8 years. Still serves me well. Im just about ready to upgrade to 1440p. As I have nothing else to compare it with its hard to make other comment. but I really havent noticed any degradation. a great buy for me. Show details

Best monitor I have ever owned – EDIT: 2022 now, still going - it'll be 12 years old later this year. I don't know what magic BenQ put in this thing, but still looks and works great. years I have owned it. It is also one of the best "all rounder" monitors I have ever used.

It has great colour, good blacks, fantastic response time and the backlight is entirely uniform - no bright or dark spots, corners etc.. It has just been a fantastic monitor!

Excellent and Reliable Monitor – Also bought this monitor years ago and its still going strong. Its been the most reliable monitor I've ever owned and compared to some rather expensive one's previously it it/was great value for the money. Never had an issue with control buttons or dead pixels etc. Would buy another one if I could.......anyone got a spare one they'd like to sell? :-)

Most reliable monitor ever, with awesome picture quality – I bought this monitor years ago and have used it almost everyday since. I have also knocked it around a bit travelling and stuff. Still works great. This is only the second monitor I've owned, the previous one I bought 10 years ago was also a BenQ, which I owned for several years, I sold it because I wanted bigger. If you want a monitor that is going to last a very long time, go with this brand!!  Show reply

Does what it should – Simply put, BenQ have made a great monitor with the G2420HD. It's sturdy and robust without compromising colours or sharpness. A nice matte screen gives off no glares even when I've got a bright 80W light bulb right behind me. beauty, wish all monitors were built this good. Simple, robust, clear colours, no lag, no glare Hard to adjust brightness etc.. with buttons under the edge

Best Monitor I Have Had So Far! – Purchase approx 4 years ago. This monitor is fantastic. Great colour, Includes HDMI so you can hook it up to your ps3 etc.. Have not had an issue with this beautiful monitor. It is finished in piano black with a nice shine. Excellent for all day use. It is 24inch so HUGE compared to the previous 17inch I had. Will definitely buy another Benq monitor next time round... Everything - looks great, works great Nothing
