Bad – As soon as i got the thing i thought the battery was playing up. I followed all instructions to the letter for charging of battery , setup etc. Within a month i had it back down to the store and they sent it back to benq techs to check what was wrong with battery. I got it back with report that told me nothing wrong and they had recharged the battery. First time i plugged her in i got about 1hr out of her, just typing up an essay nothing too strenuous. Each time after that it decreased its portable time. Now i cannot even unplug from the ac for a minute without the warning light coming on. I have less than 5 minutes to plug back in or it closes itself down. Basically i think its false advertising to even call it a portable laptop. I have not been able to use it for the sole purpose i bought it for 2 years ago. Only wish that i had seen reviews like this prior to purchasing. Totally ripped off. Took me several years to save up for a laptop and now im stuck with a dud. Benq must be laughing all the way to the bank with this super little rip off they pulled in the market. So far all i hear about this Benq 2100e v 38 is the same, so it's not just one little sour puss having a whinge. Shame shame benq Does what you expect a laptop to do except be portable Its virtually a desktop, always plugged in
