WTH!? – First application at night - partner laughs/recoils at my ‘Tin man’ appearance. Yes, even I laughed but why so much mica? Comes morning - I can’t wash this stuff off! A dried, orangey residue that is difficult to remove. Why? So now skin looks dry and a little angry cunningly matching my mood. Clever! Later in the day, skin itchy in areas and small pustules appear. What the….? Generously assuming this maybe coincidence, I apply to only one side of my face on the second night. Verdict - will never use this product again. Obviously works for others but not everyone. Expensive disappointment.

Experienced a lot of hair loss, leaves your skin dry, dehydrated, fine lines worsened – Do not waste your money on Bespoke Skin technology products specifically their so called Dream Cream and Radiance Reset cleanser. It is false advertising for their Dream Cream with a big picture of a woman holding the Dream Cream and the words written, “ Bespoke addresses all of your skin concerns with just one product, allowing you to simplify your skincare regime, while achieving great results. This is a load of crap! It does not work at all. Not to mention that it made me lose so much hair. When I took a shower, when I brushed my hair, a bunch of my hair would come out. I would also see a lot of my hair on my pillow and bed. It only stopped after I stopped using Bespoke products.

One of their so called customer reviews says: “My new skincare staple, having tonnes of different products is no longer necessary.” – [Name Removed]” They claim that there is “no need for a 9 step care regime of serums, creams, and lotions” and that this one Dream Cream addresses all your concerns including fine lines etc which is a load of rubbish! When I applied it, yes it made my skin look shiny but after using it for almost a month, when I awoke in the morning my skin was dry and the fine lines on the sides of my face when I smile, worsened. When I made a complaint, the representative for Bespoke named [Name Removed] said that it was just “expression lines” when I smile which again is a load of rubbish because I have sisters who are 8 and 9 years older than me at 55 years old and 56 years old and when they smile they do not even have as nearly the amount of fine lines on the sides of their face when they smile. We are known for having good skin even at our age, and I cannot believe how bad my skin has become after using their products. When I told [Name Removed] that they are not expressions lines, she said my skin was dehydrated. Of course, from using your products! She said that I needed to use a moisturiser. But is this not why I bought this product in the first place so I did not have to buy any other products because their Dream Cream is meant to address ALL my concerns with just one product. It’s a load of hog wash! And after I made these complaints I received emails of advertisements of other products they have that are meant to address fine lines! Really? If your Dream Cream actually worked then why do you have so many other products advertised to be used on top of the Dream Cream? It’s because the Dream Cream does not work, simple! Having to advertise other products that you have to use on top of the Dream Cream just illustrates that their Dream Cream does not work! If you have to use other products on top of the Dream Cream, then you’re just like all the other companies that use a 3 step beauty regime but they cost so much less and your Dream does not even work! Spent almost $262 just for 2 products! On top of this I have lost a lot of hair after using their products. When I informed [Name Removed] of this she said it is due to hormonal or changes in the season. I have lost hair before due to hormonal or changes in season before but never this much! I believe that they are still in the experimental phase and are using women as Guinea pigs to test out their products. I am so upset as their cleanser and cream are so expensive which achieved nothing but bad results! I also wrote of how the Dream Cream did not work (much nicer version) when I received an email asking me to review it and of course it’s not showing on their website. They do not include any negative reviews on their website. They might include a fairly negative but still positive review. They choose and pick the ones they will allow on their website. I should have read in between the lines when all I read were good reviews and there were no negative reviews at all. I hope this saves someone from destroying their skin, hair and wasting their money. Additionally, I hope it encourages other women to voice their experience with Bespoke Skin technology if their review was also not allowed on the website
