My Perfect Facial

My weekly refresh – I have used My Perfect Facial for a year now. It has helped in improving the texture of my skin , along with making it feel firmer and plumper. I enjoy the feel of the mask as it goes to work and the Collagen Soak is a lovely hydrating finish to the regime. Erica ensured that I knew how to use the product and has kept me up to date on other products available from My Perfect Facial.

Not a perfect facial for me – Thought this product would be perfect for me but definitely not. I don’t have sensitive skin, I have never had a problem with other products I have used and have never had breaks or acne in the past 50 years of my life until I used this product “Perfect Facial” I didn’t really think too much of rash I had after using this product as I thought it might be a first time using thing. BUT my skin breaking out with red lumps and sores, not only looks terrible but is a really concerned me. It has been 6 days since I used this product and my face is still breaking out. I will not be using the 4 other treatments I have purchased and definitely not be purchasing anymore. I am very disappointed.

The product is excellent. However do not buy direct .. the company is extremely aggressive in marketing they will phone you they will text and email you constantly even after blocking. look younger in the face along with giving me confidence. Not many people know I use it and are amazed, for my age I no longer have bags under my eyes. This is a miracle product as opposed to all the others I have tried and tried. The other products have a disclaimer saying the magic will happen after many many years of using it daily. My Perfect Eyes works immediately once applied. This product lasts all day until I wash it off in the evening. Stop wasting your money on glossy bottled products that promise you younger perfection after 10 years use. Its rubbish I tried them all. This product from My Perfect Eyes is Truley the best I have ever ever tried. Simply because it works.

Also, the customer service is second to none. Just recently I ordered over the phone with My Perfect Eyes on the 18th of December 2023 for extra products. Till this day Aust Post lost the product and refused to give me a full refund of the product plus taxes plus delivery. I am still fighting with them. I informed Jade from My Perfect Eyes, she could have emailed me" we are sorry to hear that " and that's it, but no she approached her manager who it turn re sent the same order I originally ordered to my postal address for FREE. Thats correct for FREE. How many companies have you dealt with who have offered to ship your products for free because it got lost in transit. I cannot name one. So, all this rubbish in the other reviews mentioning the product doesn't work and there is no customer service is complete B.S. This product works perfectly that's why it's called My Perfect Eyes. As for the customer service every time I ring or email there is always someone there either answering my call or answering my email. I challenge you all to try ringing Aust Post and see how long you will wait for an answer via email. As for the phone you could be there for a minimum of 2 hours if they ever pick up.

I cannot thank Jade and My Perfect Eyes enough for the impeccable products and service on offer. This company has been around only a short while, but I guarantee you this is simply the beginning. This company is turning the beauty Industry on its head, simply because all their products do what they say they do. I challenge you to try any of the range and see the difference for yourself. instructions. So i've had to reduce that amount in order to get 5 treatments. - The quantities need re assessing, as you're left with a large volume of the powder after the gel is finished, so there is a load of waste because you cant use it - so you're throwing away money.

SECONDLY: Whilst I have good skin, I like to do treatments to keep it clean, and as young looking for as long as I can, so was happy to keep the routine going and with the help of lifting as the product promotes. * I've seen no difference.

Big disappointment, and have just passed the 30 day period that I'm unable to return. I wont be purchasing the product again, and since the gift product was not successful for the person I purchased that for, I wont be purchasing any other products from this company/range again.

the 10 pack. (Something I hadn’t purchased for a while as I love the convenience of a yearly pack a packed si professionally. From the bowls, to the way the product in packed. It was value for money. Unfortunately no yearly packs available so I purchased 10 pack and I had about 5 masks in previous yearly so I said as soon as the yearly became available call me. They had the yearly available quicker than I was Expecting them. I could have not have purchased the 10 pack. Put the yearly pack In my wardrobe. I pulled it out to use about 14-16 weeks later. Upon opening the pack the years supply of the powder mix for mask missing. It was not in Box. I have all the rest of kit unopened. I have asked a lot of people from Company about helping me or to speak about this order. It is a years supply of product. No one will help telling me it’s now out of date now anyway. I don’t care it cost a lot! I have everything there unopened except for the powder. No one can help me to find someone to Look into what could have gone wrong. No one will speak with someone higher than them self, If I was a worthy as a customer back when this happened, tried to help we with this issue as a yearly set isn’t cheap. I have purchased this product in particular since it first started. Compromise something. I have them in bag with batch no.’s extra on unopened items. If they cannot check out my situation honestly, how can I be loyal to them! Please pass this situation on to management, get it sorted fairly and I would be back purchasing my favourite facial. Dissatisfied – I still have lots of powder left an no gel.Im so disappointed with this product.I have complained about this before with no response so I thought i would try it one more time same thing happened.I am not using it again.

Doesn't work as it says – I've been using My Perfect Facial for ages and really like it, so finally got around to buying My Perfect Eyes. I had read the reviews but took a chance anyway. So disappointed that I also ended up with white patches and no real improvement, no matter how many times or techniques I tried. Not worth it – I had ordered this item but the parcel was missing to delivery. The company didn't care about at all. I ordered it second one again because I wanted to try on lifting face. Elevating powder – I'm not buying anymore. First there was NEVER enough gel in relation to the powder. Clearly they rectified this by giving LESS powder, not more gel. Now im stuck with 3 tubes of gel and no powder left. They also don't allow you to buy separately. It's just all about profit with this company. like it but as previous reviews say – this product is good, I like it, but I am continuously frustratd as other previous customer as to the balance. I am left with a mile of powder, I have started to use my own calculations as I have found over the years the product has become thinner with the measurements. hence using up the leftover powder. Pro’s & Cons – Find the product great. Well worth it. Only drawback is that you have to buy the whole kit each time. I now have 6 bowls, 6 brushes & 6 spoons. Other drawback is there is not enough gel in order to use the powder. I now have a full large jar of the powder with no gel left. In order to get more, I have to buy the “kit” again. Show details

Great results but quantity issues – Initially i was very disappointed to find not enough applicator gel and way too much activator powder. I have since found aloe vera after sun gel is a perfect alternative to the activator gel as it's the same consistency. Use a peptide or b5 hylaruronic serum as a collagen soak alternative.
