Straightforward and satisfying – Big Apple did a great job installing Nuline guttering. Rob made sure I was happy with the choice, and Jason installed it in the stated 2 days and was careful around our beloved plants - for which I am grateful! The whole process was efficient and fuss-free.
Looks like a new house – Prompt, Always available to answer any questions. Very happy with the results and his crew were great. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Apple to other people.
Great service! – We were very happy with Rob and his team. They replied promptly to our enquiry about replacing gutters and when they knew we had some urgency, made sure the job was completed quickly. Car port revamp looks great! – Very happy with the works completed at my unit. My carport that was extremely old and constantly leaked water whenever it rained has been transformed and now looks brand new. So happy with the job – I looked at a few different roofing companies and I am so glad I went with Big Apple for our gutter replacement. The boys on the job were so helpful, they did a great job. I love how they made sure everything was cleaned up after. I was so happy I am now getting the company to do some re-pointing on our roof.
New Gutters but Downpipe not replaced ceiling / wall water damage – Was sweet talked into signing contract, [name removed] said he would do the job cheaper to get job. Two call outs after job done due to leakage. Then with 37mm of rain learnt the expensive way what damage missing downpipe could do. was incredibly hard to get back the first time after job this time it took a lot of legal talk to come back and finally put back the down pipe but to my horror one metre away from the gutter section that has the problem since getting new gutters put on. Expensive damage with poor plumbing solutions after 4 weeks of calls, texts & letters. But i am a single old woman
