Big Ass Fans Haiku L
1 review
Haiku fans are more than fans, they're poetry. And they work! – I don't know why this review isn't published. I have only just seen that it isn't. It is several years since we bought these fans and had them installed. They have not caused a moment's trouble. They are powering on now, in 2025 - installed, must have been 2016 or 2017. Yes they are beautiful to look at and they are silent and efficient. Here is my original review, which has been rejected. Maybe the name of the fans wasn't acceptable so I have put ** instead. Well what I wrote then is still all true. "We have two of these exceptional beauties in our recently renovated home. One is white and one is bamboo. I saw an advertisement for them in a New Yorker some years ago and recently when we built on they were my first and only choice. It was a wise choice. Operation is smooth, silent and efficient. They work exceptionally well, and are exceptionally versatile. And the look of them! People are wowed as soon as they enter our home. Our electrician who installed them was blown away by their "smarts". We had all the wiring for an airconditioner put in, in case the fans did not work as well as we anticipated, but we have chosen not to install A/C, as the fans are more than enough. I can only say - go to their website and see for yourself. Everything said about these fans is true. PS ours were supplied by a company rather interestingly (to an Aussie Grandmother) called Big A** Fans. This initially had me trying to find euphemisms when referring to them, but apart from the jarring name, the company itself presents a model of customer satisfaction, from our initial queries, through the placement of our order to its prompt delivery to our remote island." (Kangaroo Island, S.A. that is.)
