more compact than the photos suggest. While they aren't "statement pieces" of art, they achieve my goal of being subtle and blending seamlessly into the ceiling.
Performance: The fans are incredibly quiet. The lowest speed provides a perfect, faint breeze for sleeping, while the highest speed is so powerful I doubt I’ll ever need to use it. They hang perfectly straight with no wobbling or mechanical noise. All you hear is the movement of air.
Installation & Tech: My electricians even commented on the quality during installation. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was a bit clunky and didn't follow the instructions exactly, but once connected, the connection has remained stable.
Overall: I'm very happy with the purchase. If you need a high-performing, low-profile fan that disappears into the room, this is a great choice.

Oh my gosh this is the quietest fan you haven’t heard in your life! Speed 1 is perfect for those who need no noise while sleeping but still require a light breeze. This is the third Fanco ID fan I have bought and it is brilliant. So cooling, so quiet, so stable, so beautiful to look at in the day time, such lovely light range in the night time. Plus you can control it on you mobile phone and the customer support to do this was good too. I leave it on for a hour as we go to sleep and have it turn itself off:) Really good. These fans are so great, I brought them again for my new build and my builder now wants to use them in his other builds! I've used the 48 inch with light in bedrooms and 54 inch without light in living rooms. They are super quiet on the lower speed settings and can barely be heard. At this speed, there is a very slight hum which you barely notice when going to sleep.
You have a choice of 3 colour temperatures which gives you great options for mood and task lighting. You also get 8 settings for light dimming and these are the brightest fan lights I've seen. In a 4x4.5m bedroom, we only turn the brightness up past 4 or 5 if we're searching for something under the bed.
You can change the direction for summer and Winter and also have variable speed to mimic natural windflow.
All of the settings can be changed using the remote control or an app on your phone. To make it even better, the fans can be linked to Google Assistant. I don't even need to get out of the bed or need have my phone or remote in my hand to turn the fans on/off or change speeds.
These are simply well engineered ceiling fans with great features and look stylish in any home.
The fan has been in operation for about a month. The product arrived nicely packed and was easy for the electrician to install. to run as it is DC and the light is LED, so I expect this fan will last forever and never need to change the light. We don't have air conditioning, so this low energy way to cool is great. In winter, it can be switched to spin the other direction which helps to push the warm air back down and help with warming the house.
Negative reviews
Not always as silent as reviewers suggest. But can say Warranty claims are usually honoured – I have a few of these fans. 5 all up at two properties. Since purchasing two have been replaced under warranty. I have found that after a time some fans develop an annoying creaking sound, initial at low speed and then starts to occur at higher speeds. As two of the fans are too noisy will raise with Fanco.
IMO for light sleepers with the fan overhead the noise is not sleepful peace conducive.
Fanco will need videos, receipts and checks on set up prior to dealing with a Warranty claim. Will acknowledge that warranty claims process is good and in my case Fanco has been a good manufacturer who have honoured claims.
Nor as good as reviews say – Timely and therefore costly installation by electrician. No easy to contact product support or technical support by phone. Price wise and quality seem ok but for $80 more you can get better warranty and customer support. Show details

Shocking quality and customer service – I bought this fan after a lot of research, I was looking for a quiet DC fan. The fan had a grinding motor on the lowest speed from the start. video of the issue and they respond with this nugget: it's normal for fans to make noise and they dont't think there's any issue and they refuse to do anything about it.
The fan can't be used on the lowest speed since the noise is constant and very audible. I'm shocked at the company's attempt at gaslighting me instead of fixing a very obvious fault with their product. If you're contemplating buying a Fanco fan, I suggest you take your money elsewhere. $360 for a faulty product and disgraceful customer service!

Nice looking fan - sleek, low profile and modern. Quiet, decent settings/speeds, good air circulation and the remote is super easy to use and - has impressive range. Not sure what's up with power setting 3 - but seems to make a little vibration/noise on this speed setting - higher/lower no issues.
