A complete waste of money! I have several streaming platforms & got Binge to watch a certain TV show. It consistently buffers & times out forcing me to reopen the ap. request account deletion. They send you a link to confirm this. When. You complete it. Guess what? You get another email telling you that in order to delete you account you have to fill out a form following a link, and so on and so forth. After several emails stating I had done this multiple times. They said they would notify me of the update to deleting my account. Several days have passed and guess what? Still no account deletion. I'll contact my bank next and block them as they are holding my payment details without authorisation l. Stay away from this disservice!

second day of my Mums subscription, decides to log out of all mobile apps on all devices, then decides the pw is wrong.. Then locks the account. (PC WAS FINE SAME PW) then an hour with the useless help chat. Finally it just resets the timer an hour later. Garbage app, garbage corp.
Do not give binge your bank details – So difficult to unsubscribe, I have now been charged for 2 months of Binge after I have let them know I want to cancel. I have been made to jump through all sorts of hoops and still they keep deducting funds from my account. They are theives and I don't know how to make it stop!
Over charged and hard to cancel – Steaming service is ok, cancelling is a nightmare. Customer service is a nightmare, non of them know how to run their company. search for your show, click on the episode one or more of the many things below will happen 1. It will freeze on the homescreen 2. It will load onto the black screen and "load"until you give up and close the app 3. It will start at the end of the episode 4. No sound 5. It will randomly kick you out mid episode 6. It will not save your place and you have to find where you were I have gone down the rabbit hole of "what It could be" on their page, all of which are irrelevant. Seems to me Binge has alot of work to do, as far as I can see it has the lowest rating from the streaming services I use. They have potential, but the price they're charging and the issues you have to deal with. I will pass thanks! Do better Binge!

a great variety of movies and tv series, not to mention great streaming channels that you can’t get anywhere else, I would love to see animal planet added but bbc earth is still very good. Very happy with binge and I would easily recommend to others as a result of there content.
Great selection of shows you can’t find elsewhere – I was thrilled to discover Binge mid 2020 when having access to fresh content was key. Having never wanted a Foxtel subscription, finally there was a way to stream many of HBOs offerings. We have all pretty much all the streaming services and this is the one I use most due to the content.

Had to stop using it, the buffering time was as long as the show was. Even after restarting my device, clearing the cache and resetting my already working router. Strongly recommend you go with a different streaming service.
The selection of shows is awful. Even if they improved that I can't continue using the ap, it is unsafe for children to use as it offers me no child safe profile option

Broken app. After subscribing to a premium subscription (just to watch walking dead without ads), the app continuously closes and stops buffering. Took me 30 minutes just to get it to connect to my google chromecast. No issues with any other platforms, just binge.. it’s 2026 guys.. shouldn’t be this hard to have a subscription app that actually works with a mainstream device. Avoid binge if you don’t like wasting your money
After a week I give up. I have cancelled my subscription. Best of luck to anyone who subscribes. I have gone back to netflix and Stan.... binge never loads, so many evenings wasted waiting for binge to work.... all other streaming services work but binge premium would just keep spinning its buffering ring
I signed up to Binge this afternoon and was offered a Premium Package offer. It doesn't work for me: buffering immediately, to the point I can't watch anything. end of the billing period. It’s disappointing that Binge doesn’t offer the same option, as I simply wanted to avoid being charged again while still receiving what I paid for.
They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription, with a separate multi-level menu that constantly seems like you have cancelled but you need to continue clicking through complex and confusing menu items to cancel it. Use other services! If there's something you only want to watch on Binge, don't fall for it, you will pay much much more if you get Binge than if you buy it outright on another service. My advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

To get decent viewing you have to pay $19.99..but it is so not worth it! why they wanted that information. They also asked me to supply the card digits. There is no contact phone number to actually speak to someone and each email response I received was from a different person. Looks like I'll have to cancel my card which is a huge inconvenience. I honestly feel they deliberately charge you after you have unsubscribed then make it impossible to get a refund and the card deleted from their system.
