Cord is long, 1 tank did whole house, floor looks great & reasonable price. I am glad it has a trigger start unlike many reviewers. It didn't hurt my hand. The benefit of this is that on my hybrid floor which syeam is mot… Read more

Works Wonders – We haven't had a steam mop in awhile since our last one was left out in bad weather so we've upgraded to this one. It's got extra features since our last with the option for little or alot of steam, perfume pads that can placed inside the mop and the option to take off base and spot clean. Honestly it's never been easier to clean up anything, especially with little ones. Show details

Absolute piece of Crap – My wife purchased a BISSELL Steam Mop in February this year to use on porcelain tiled floor We both get a terrible back pain after every time we use this BISSELL steam mop. “I wish we had NOT bought this brand of steam mop” Issues: 1) Too heavy to mop (it’s like trying to push 100kg weight along the floor) 2) leaves wetness and water marks on… Read more

the tiles 3) steam is supposed to easily remove dirt and or stains. With this machine one needs to keep going over the spot many times

I must look up where this junk is manufactured and who distributes in Australia

I would not recommend this BISSELL steam mop even to an enemy

Worst Steam Mop EVER – Leaves floor wet, slippery and streaky. Customer care recommends to walk slower and only use trigger for 10sec, the trigger is when you get steam the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I contact Bissell for 3 months about this mop Nothing!! Don’t buy this mop. $299 piece of junk Show details

Not bad for the money – Price: Aus $288-$390 Background: I am a 58 year old grandmother, 5'10" with a bad back. I have never used electric or steam mops before but have tried just about all the manual ones (squeegy, spin, Koh, enjoy etc). I love having a clean house but don't love doing hours of hard physical labour to achieve it - especially with my sore back. I was… Read more

looking for something that was not ridiculously priced that I hoped would be less taxing on my back but clean well.

Review: I purchased this mop from " Catch" for $288. Delivery was very quick - less than a week and the packaging was robust with no damage to the product.

Assembly was simple (didn't even have to ask hubby for help) with pictures to assist. The product came with two floor cloths (scrub and plain microfibre) which were easy to put on and get off and are machine washable. The other cute thing is you get two smelly discs to put in the floor cloths Which leave a lovely smell through the house (not overpowering).

The operation is also quite simple and we'll explained with two setting, full steam and light steam. The water tank takes approximately 600ml, is easy to fill with no spillage and you are provided with a container for water and filling.

This steam mop is corded. I love cordless but am constantly disappointed by battery times so I thought I'd try my first steam mop with a cord. The cord is a good length of ......

I used the steam mop on the high setting. The floor were wet but no more than any eco mop I've used and the steam seams to make them dry quicker. Instructions say to mop over each area in a back, forward back motion, which I did. The mop cleaned reasonably well using the scrub pad on full steam using this procedure. Took of dry coffee spills etc no problems. It did not remove some sticky caked on something that my granddaughter dropped on the floor but then no other mop I've used would have either so when I find one that does I'll be in heaven.

Pros: Price was good, easy to use, water tank lasts for a good amount of floor (large long hall, kitchen and pantry) before needing a top up. The triangular mop head got into corners a nooks and crannies well and it was able to go under most furniture.

Cons: The cord always seemed to get in my road and despite being a reasonable length had to be plugged in five times to do the distance mentioned above. Yes I'm going to try a long extension cord next time.

I would like to see two of each type of mop head included so I could change half way around to maximise cleanliness of the floor.

So you get what you pay for. This is a mid price product which does pretty well for the price. I'd give it a four out of five based on the above.
