I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S7 Stretch Steam for a few weeks now and it’s made my cleaning routine so much easier. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, reaches under low furniture, and cleans right to the edges. It works beautifully on both my tiled and timber floors. Show details
I’ve been using the Tineco S7 Stretch Steam for 2months & absolutely love it! The steam cleaning, self-cleaning function and lay-flat design make cleaning so EASY! It vacuums and mops at the same time, leaving my floors spotless! Saving me so much time every day it’s a 10/10 from me!
I’ve been using the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Stretch for a few weeks now and it’s been really convenient for everyday cleaning around the house. With kids and a dog, our floors get messy quickly, especially with crumbs, dirt and hair on both our timber floors and tiles. What I like most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, so there’s no need… Read more
to bring out a separate mop and bucket. It saves a lot of time when doing a quick clean of the kitchen or living areas.
The lay-flat HyperStretch design is really useful as well. It can slide under furniture and our bathroom vanity quite easily, which means I don’t need to move things around just to clean underneath.
The anti-tangle roller does a great job picking up long hair and pet hair without it wrapping around the brush. After cleaning, the self-cleaning feature is also very convenient — just press a button and it cleans the roller so it’s ready for the next use.
Overall it’s been a really practical cleaner for busy households and makes everyday floor cleaning much quicker.

I’ve been using the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Stretch in our home and it’s honestly made such a difference. I love that it lays completely flat so I can clean under the couch and dining table without moving anything. It handles wet and dry mess in one go, so I’m not vacuuming and then mopping after. It even cleans right up to the edges. The… Read more
self-cleaning feature is my favourite, I press one button and it cleans and dries itself. So practical for a busy home.

After using the tineco floor one s7 stretch steam I must say wow I’m so very impressed. It seriously so dreamy to clean floors. I have white glossy tiles and obsessed with no strikes in them . cleaning is perfect for the base boards and tight areas. I love the 2 water tanks keeping clean and dirty water separate. Super easy to clean them to . Love the self cleaning mode and self drying as I no everything clean ready for next time. I tested on my floors numerous times even when I think they clean and still water is dirty which to me is so satisfying knowing the constantly clean and safe as no chemicals needed. Highly recommended this one it absolutely amazing technology and very effectless to use.
ABSOLUTE STANDOUT from all the other Wet & Dry Vaccuums I have tried. Main reasons: - Also has Steam - Stretch so cleans at a 180 degree angle - Separates the wet to dry mess so easier to clean the tank - Flash Dry so it thoroughly self cleans the system and dries the roller - Goes very close to skirting boards - Good battery time Feels possible a… Read more
slightly heavier than other versions but not clunky and very easy to move and use between levels of the home
This is just a great and easy to use product. It cleans itself, it’s a vacuum and mop in one. My floors have never felt so clean and are sparkling! Highly recommend. Show details

We are so happy with this machine! It is such a time saver and does an amazing cleaning job with both dust and spills. Lays flat to go under your lower furniture as well. Self cleaning and run time was about 45-50 minutes. Highly recommend Show details
I was recently gifted a Tineco Floor One S7 Stretch Steam and can't overstate how much easier it has made cleaning our floors. With two small kids, dropped food and spills are a regular feature of our day and I used to dread getting out the mop and bucket. One key difference is how much less water the Tineco uses compared to traditional mopping,… Read more
which means less down time and I can use it at any time of the day. The floors always feel fresh after use and the self clean function is amazing. I have been happily recommending Tineco to all my friends and family - I am never going back!
I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S7 Steam Stretch and I’m so impressed with how effortless it makes floor cleaning. The steam function lifts stubborn marks so easily, and I love that it sanitises at the same time. The extended reach feature is a game changer for getting into corners and along edges, and the suction leaves the floors almost… Read more
dry, which means no waiting around. It feels powerful but still smooth and easy to manoeuvre.
As someone who cares deeply about creating calm, clean, organised spaces, this has become such a reliable part of my routine. My floors look fresh, feel clean, and the whole process is quick and simple. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend the Tineco Floor One S7 - so easy to use and it’s a complete time saver! We have heaps of low lying furniture, so the 180• lay flat suction is awesome for us! So we aren’t having to try and get low to clean. It’s also very aesthetically pleasing and goes with our decor :) Show details
As a mum with young kids, cleaning is constant — between crumbs, spills, and everything in between, I used to spend so much time dragging out the vacuum and mop separately. I was lucky enough to be gifted the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Stretch and wow it has completely changed how I clean — I can now vacuum and mop my whole home with a 50 minute run… Read more
time! One of my absolute favourite features is that it does both jobs in one go — vacuuming and mopping at the same time. I don’t have to switch tools or deal with messy buckets, which saves so much time and effort. The suction is powerful, and it lifts everything from dry debris to sticky spills in a single pass. The self-cleaning mode is another major win. After I’m done, I just press a button and it flushes and dries the roller using hot water and air — no need to get hands-on with dirty brushes, and no unpleasant smells. It’s always fresh and ready for next time. The lay-flat design is genius. It reaches right under furniture like couches and TV units without me having to move them — and with the slim profile, it really gets into tight spaces where dust usually hides. My floors honestly feel cleaner than ever. Also, the battery lasts long enough for me to get through all the main sealed hard floors in one go, which is perfect for my daily clean-up routine. If you’re a busy parent or just want something that saves time and effort, this is 100% worth it. Total game changer!

Excellent for small light cleaning jobs – I have 200 sqm of floors to be cleaned, mostly polished concrete but with some tiles in the bathroom. It is excellent for small light cleaning jobs but not up to larger tasks. Positives: 1. Leaves the floor looking clean when using the most powerful mode. 2. The roller reaches to the edge of the machine so you can clean right up to the wall. 3.… Read more
Excellent cleaning cycle. 4. Easy to disassemble to clean and swap rollers, filters etc. Negatives: 1. Battery life is way too short for me to clean the whole floor. Even with a recharge I can only clean half. I have disabled all the extra features (such as the light, voice etc) but it doesn't help. A removable battery would be sensible. Recharging is slow. 2. Completely useless on the tiles. The nap is too short. 3. Only cleans superficial dirt, it does a good job in the living rooms but not in the kitchen. 4. The dirty water tank isn't big enough for big cleaning jobs. It has to be emptied and cleaned constantly.
I cant say anything bad about it. except the French voice – Well, I love this machine had it 3 months now I have 2 dogs who are family and live in the house. In a very clean environment. gob smacked with how nice and shiny our white glass tiles came up. Now i Love this machine once i got used to it. does good wheelies as well ha-ha but true. Now that my tiled floors are spotless & this is no Bull S**t. I'm so proud of my floors now even though our 2 girls are running in and out all day they do leave a few marks now and again but then i hit those with the mop. The Tineco liquid cleaner is excellent as well but give the floor an hour after the wash with the additive in the Pro, Then look at your floor. I bet you will go Wow like I did. Enjoy your new machine I do. The only thing I don't like is the voice of a French robot. I haven't worked out how to change it yet.
Well thought out and beautiful designed but very $$$ and more of a luxury item – Overall: Well thought out appliance that combines a luxurious look/feel with powerful floor cleaning ability. It combines the physical scrubbing power of a mop (with a water bucket) with the convenience of a steam mop with microfibre pads. Floor left a little wet after use, but no more then mopping and it dries without streaks. Only used for a few… Read more
weeks so far so cannot comment on Tineco's customer service or warranty claims process. It is heavy to lift, but tilts for use and glides effortlettley over floors and has a swivel head to move around corners and objects with ease. Biggest downfall is the price at $1300. Unfortunately, as great as it is with minimal flaws ,if it was to break and couldn't be repaired under warranty I couldn't justify spending that much to repurchase. For $1300, you still have to manually clean floors and I find a robovac that will automatically go and clean my hard floors and carpets while we are out of the home to be a better purchase.
Pros/Best Features: - Self cleaning mode that cleans the microfibre head while docked/charging. - Looks beautiful and sleek and isn't an eyesore to have the docking stand out where people can see. - Docking station has thoughtfully placed slots for the extra cleaning head, filter and brush. - Release buttons for the water canister and removable parts for cleaning are easy to use (no wiggling things around or having push hard - things simply click and lift). One water tank was sufficient for our place. - Placement of digital screen and large buttons located in perfect spot. - The 4 cleaning modes "Auto,Max, Ultra and Suction": can use auto for most of the floor and switch to the ultra for a hard/crusted spill - ultra will drain the battery extremely fast. - Has a "SmoothPower bi-directional self-propulsion system" which makes it effortlessly glide around. Head is easy to manoeuvre. - Runs you through an audio tutorial for first use, which is great if you are someone like me who hates reading the manual. Optional ongoing voice commands that can be turned down/off.
Cons/Shortfalls: - The price. While similar in price to a Dyson vaccum, a Dyson replaces every vaccum/broom you will ever need. This doesnt. While it's amazing for a whole house vaccum/mop, we still found ourselves reaching for the spray mop/paper towel to clean up small spot messes over this. It also can't be used on carpets, so we still used the steam microfibre pad mop for that. It's really only replaced the spin bucket/mop we used, however to replace a broken mop is extremely cheap but if this malfunctions/breaks and it's not covered under warranty I wouldn't repurchase. It's more of a luxury item, not an essential. To be honest I find my $50 Kmart steam/microfibre pad from Kmart a more thrilling buy because it's amazing for the price. This is what you would expect for the price. - ~0.7mm gap left uncleaned between tall wall skirting boards and edge of microfibre roller. - It is very heavy to lift. This isn't an issue while using as it glides over floors effortlessley, but anyone in a multistorey home or one with steps would need to consider the weight of carrying this up/down stairs. - Advertised as being great to grab for spot cleaning messes, but in the manual it states that you need to empty the dirty water canister after each use, which doesn't really make it very efficient. I can only image the smell and potential mould in the canister if it was used to clean up a spill like soup or milk/cereal and not emptied immediately. - The overuse of plastic packaging everything comes in. - the motorised wheels sometimes pull in opposite direction, so you are fighting it or while you are trying to let it go slowly over a crusted spill it's trying to move forward. I wish there was a feature to turn this off or reduce how motorised they are. - There is a ~140degree limit to tilting the handle, so I wasn't able to clean under the beds and sofa as this exceeded it. Setting up - Very simple & straightforward with illustrated steps on the inside of the box. I find having to read a long, convoluted manual frustrating so I really appreciate how quick this is to do and that it's set-up in minutes. Comes with a spare microfibre roller, filter & 1L of cleaning solution. The default voice setting is very loud, however it can be turned down easily and people with hearing impairments would probably find this useful. It can connect to wifi but I can't really see the point of this.
Cleaning solution - $24.99 from Godfreys with one capful for each full tank. Suitable for all indoor hard surfaces - our hardwood floors have come up beautifully & streakfree. Our dog has allergies/sensitivities and floor cleaners in the past have caused itchy paws and tummy rashes, but he has no issues with this one. Happy to repurchase this solution, however if Godfreys decide to stop stocking it no alternatives to solutions are given.
Battery Time - Full charge gives a generous ~40 mins of use, but the recharging time is 4-5 hours. This didn't bother me as it was only used for a whole-house-clean, and the docking station charges it.

Literally the best floor cleaner I have ever had. I love that I don't have to use floor cleaner, as the steam function removes all dirty stains. The lay-flat feature is amazing for getting right underneath the sofa and dining room table. Would highly recommend. Show details

maintenance effortless. I also love how it automatically adjusts water flow and suction based on how dirty the floor is, so I’m not guessing. My floors dry quickly, feel genuinely clean, and the whole process takes way less time than traditional mopping. If you want a powerful, convenient all-in-one floor cleaner, this one is absolutely worth it.
5 stars!
This product makes cleaning, tile, slate, wooden, all hard floors so easy to clean. It vacuums and mops at the same time, self cleans at the touch of a button. Highly recommended. Show details
Negative reviews
I wouldn’t waste my money on this again. It does not live up to the reviews. Doesn’t lift marks off the floor unless they’re light and new. More often than not I have to get down and remove markswith a cloth and a bit of a wipe. Short battery life. Leaves streaks on the floor - and this has happened since my first use. Alll in all a disappointment. Show details
Consumer Warning: TINECO Do NOT buy from Tineco. They refuse to honour their clearly advertised 2-year warranty, and worse — they’re ignoring Australian Consumer Law. My product suffered a major defect. Instead of offering a full refund (as legally required), they tried to fob me off with a depreciated refund — which is unlawful under ACL. … Read more
Their response? “Sorry, it’s our policy.” That doesn’t cut it. Internal policy doesn’t override the law.

I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S7 Stretch Deluxe for a bit now and honestly… this thing has made my life so much easier. The lay flat HyperStretch design is actually wild. basically essential.
The iLoop sensor does its thing and adjusts the power automatically depending on the mess, so I don’t have to think about anything.
But the best part for me is the self cleaning. I just hit one button and it deep cleans and dries the roller in about five minutes.
No smell, no gross water sitting around, it’s just ready to go again. If you’ve got hard floors, kids, pets or just chaos in your house like me, this is actually such a good all in one cleaner. It does exactly what it says and saves me so much time.

I was gifted a Tineco Floor One S7 stretch and it is absolutely awesome! It's flexible and comfortable to use and can lay flat 180° which is super handy for cleaning under furniture. I also love the self-cleaning and self-drying feature, the machine completely cleans itself and dries the roller so the only thing I need to do after use is empty the dirty water tank! Really good for hard floors, easy to use and easy to clean! The steaming system isn’t working on mine but still mops and vacuums perfectly fine. Saves a lot of time! - this was gifted
Tineco kindly gifted me their Floor One S7 team and after using it for a few weeks, I can genuinely say- I love it. Especially being cordless. the mode, battery life etc. The floors were dry within a few minutes. I do wish the battery life lasted a little longer, the auto mode is about 40mins, an steam modes will be around 20mins. The self-cleaning function is awesome too, I just press a button and it washes itself—no gross smells or maintenance hassle. Rollers should be changed around every 8 months.
We absolutely love the Tineco Floor One S7 Steam! It cleans our floors thoroughly and leaves them feeling fresh and spotless. The steam function is a game-changer—it’s so satisfying knowing our floors are not only clean but also sanitized without harsh chemicals. The sleek design is a bonus, and it’s surprisingly easy to maneuver around the house. If you’re looking for a powerful, efficient, and stylish cleaner, this is it! Highly recommend! Show details

From the hypersteam technology that have kept my floor boards the cleanest they have ever been ( even got inbetween in the tiny groves that have been stuck for months ) to the battery life that can do my whole house which even my lG can’t! After sales service – Purchased this machine from Godfrey’s for almost 1300.00 Machine was as it promised until after 11 months the roller stopped Contacted Tineco , all good went for repair to Victoria . Roller now propels forward , not backwards , leaving streaks on floor , not happy , lots of communication , no real help . Think twice before purchase
Probably not for the price tag – Bought this today. $909. Does the job but expected better for the price tag. Cons: -Takes a lot longer then a standard mop as it does less tile space per 'sweep' and requires multiple sweeps per section. -It's hard to get it to stop running away from you. -use almost the whole battery just doing the main areas of a 200sqm house. -no scrubber… Read more
so still have to use fingernails to scratch hard marks off tiles -doesn't hit corners or walls unless you can move along them sideways, I still have to use a cloth to get into the corners. -The light on it makes it hard to see the marks that are still on the tiles. -It leaves streak marks on my dark tiles which my $50 Kmart steam mop doesn't. -it's heavy
Pros: -it does a decent clean -it moves easily -it uses fresh water constantly rather then a bucket using dirty -comes with spare filter and mop
Considering if I can get a refund but might give it one more try.
LOVE THIS APPLIANCE – Purchased a few weeks ago. Have used this appliance twice now. It vacuums and mops at the same time and a bonus is self propelled. another bonus. The dirty water that comes out on what I thought were extremely clean floors is mind blowing. I love this appliance. have difficulties for parts replacement in retail channels 1. Water tank is small and easily empty; I usually have battery 50%+ but I have to refill clean water tank for 3-4 times to finish cleaning 200m2 floor space 2. U find all residue and dirty in the dirty water tank 3. Basically cleaning is required after each usage which is the major pain point and time consuming; 15 min for me and disgusting 4. Many parts require cleaning after usage; mop, filter, dirty water tank. 5. I bought @799 on sale but I would pay a few hundreds more for a robot cleaner with self cleaning function as well as weeks of bin capacity @ docking station
This is the best vacuum mop I have come across – I have tried everything hand hold mops to steam mops and nothing compare to the tineco mop. It leaves my floor looking the best they have looked And best thing is it vacuum up the little things I may have missed. There and no cords so you don't have to worry about moving plugs and self cleans when you finish using it. And it let's you know when to empty the water tank and when to refill the water Show details
