This product is good till you try to replace battery It cannot be replaced so when it stops charging you can throw it away cause it can’t be fixed so it’s a waste of money Show details

Without a doubt this is the best mop I have used. I have tried many and been disappointed. This mop actually works and us so easy to use. I am delighted with the finished result. I find the battery life is great. So, so happy with it. Show details

Ok, not great – This is a convenient cordless machine. However the battery life is terrible and doesn't even get around one full room before slowing down and giving up. Battery then takes forever to re-charge. Also, don't expect it to reach corners or edges due to the round pads. Not great with real marks on the floor but ok for a quick clean. If you want a machine the actually cleans the floor, this isn't for you. Show details

This machine is less than perfect – The Spinwave that I bought went well for nine months then one of the spin pads came off, repairable, next the machine started to leak, could not see a reason so contacted Bissell support, they told me it might be the bottle so I replaced it at a cost of $42, it did not fix the problem, also it stopped spraying, Bissell support were next to hopeless in the end I gave up, it still leaks, would I buy another one .NO WAY. Show details

Life saver!!! – After alot of research I settled on the spin wave. So grateful I did!! I hated mopping so it was done very infrequently. This beauty propels its self around and actually makes mopping fun. It does a good job and the 20 min battery allows me to do most of my hardwood floor in one go. I use bissell multi surface pet and my floors smell great and… Read more

leves no smears. It is so easy to use that the kids have been arguing over who can mop. 9 months in and I'm still absolutely loving this life saver and 3 family friends have since purchased after trying mine. My only wish is that it could have multiple batteries for longer use time

Dont buy – The machine itself is great but the battery and charging system is pathetic 4hrs to charge due to a perthetic 600 mA charger and at best with standard pads 15 min runtime, i need to days to do my house if i could take it back i would. Needs a removable battery of a decent AH Show details

A mop that makes life a bit easier – This has been a great mop for us. We have mostly tiled floors and bought the Spinwave to speed up and simplify the process. What this mop does well is is a uniformed quick and easy effective mop, it's a time and mess saver. We have toddlers and an indoor dog so there are often paw prints as well as little shoe marks left on the tiles, a quick… Read more

go around of the Spinwave removes all of those leaving nice clean tiles again. The reservoir is large and we can normally get 4-5 full mops of our floor before it requires a refill. Now I will add that we found the Bissell cleaners that come with the Spinwave left a bit of a film on the tiles that we didn't like. The warranty is voided if you use a different type of cleaner (we still chose to). But the mechanism is great, just hold the button down to squirt out in front of the unit your desired cleaning solution, gives you good control of the amount you want to put onto the floor depending on how dirty the floor is. Because of the ability to control the moisture level on the floor I find it ends up a much more uniformed clean than a traditional mop and because of this it dries a lot faster.

Now I would like to add that this mop won't do the job of elbow grease for you, it won't remove food scraps that have dried on the floor etc even with the scrubby mop pads, it also won't really clean the grout between the tiles, that is still a hands and knees job. I think the battery life is satisfactory, we are mopping a large area and the battery never runs out, normally has 1 bar left and 2 if it was a quick job. The battery is slow charging however and takes a few hours to charge back up to full.

I like the fact the mop snaps back into place and stands back up free standing, I like the little black recessed plastic tray it comes with to house the mop with the pads on. My biggest gripe with the whole unit would be that the battery is not replaceable, there is no reason this unit shouldn't last 5-10 years but the battery degradation may prevent it from being usable over that time period and this just feels unnecessarily overlooked.

great accessory for keeping the house clean – just purchased the spinwave cordless as shark steam mop died on me. nice and easy to use, only leaves streaks behind if to much water is used, but if there is streaks i just use a dry pad to buff it out which saves me time (it use to take me 15 minutes using a dry rug to clear streaks from steaming) honestly worth it

Simply amazing – Finally a machine that can take out scuff marks on my Matt finish hardwood timber floors the scuff marks drove me crazy but after more than one use they are almost gone. Also works great on my tiled floors. Easy to use, floors left completely dry.  Show details

Lovely cleaner – I just used my spin wave cleaner for the first time and being older found it so much easier than lugging a mop and bucket around. I washed the whole house without running out of charge (don’t have a huge house) and with solution left. The house smells really clean and fresh, which is great as I have two dogs I strongly recommend this machine, will be washing my floors more now Show details

It's O.K – Pros: reservoir is large enough to do all my hard (tiled/hybrid) floors in a single pass. It's quiet. I use 2 sets of scrubby pads for a single clean. Does a good job at removing light floor marks - kids washable pens, accidental tea/coffee drops, light foot traffic marks etc. Faster than manual mopping with a bucket. Cons: battery isn't big… Read more

enough and takes TOO LONG to charge - I have to do my floors in two stages. 15 minutes runtime MAX, then waiting 1hr+ for barely enough charge to finish. Takes HOURS to recharge fully. Hallway, dining table area, kitchen, office, front kids/tv room. Would have GREATLY preferred a corded version (not available in AU for some reason). Personally, I think the Spinwave Cordless is lazy engineering - it works, but it could have been made better with more attention paid to the battery size/charging speed. Cordless for the sake of marketing, which negatively impacts its usefulness (imho). A corded version with a slightly higher RPM motor would have been perfect! 3.5 stars.

I wish I had purchased one sooner – This spin mop cleans my tiled floor and vinyl tiles very well. The full charge lasts about 25 minutes so I mop my top floor, put the mop on recharge while eating lunch, and then recommence. Just make the whole house in time. It is great that it is cordless, the mop is a little heavy to lift but has a good carrying handle. If you are a very… Read more

I am using the Bissell cleaning fluid which was supplied with the mop but may follow one of the suggestions below of using water and vinegar.

Definitely recommend.

Good mop let down by battery life – I purchased the Spin Wave mop to clean my polished concrete floors. I was initially impressed at the job it was doing until the battery went flat after 13 minutes and 42 seconds. This equated to less than half the surface area of my living room. Added to this you have to wait another 4 hours until it recharges!! At that rate it would take 24… Read more

hours to clean all my floors! I'm looking for a mains powered version as this battery model is only suitable if you have a very, very small area to clean. There is excellent battery technology in the market now days but unfortunately Bissell have completely dropped the ball with this model, big fail as far as I'm concerned.

Perfect for quick clean – Great machine for a quick clean or ideal for a small flat.Amazing how much dirt is collected by the unit.would give 5 stars if the dirt section was a little larger however this is a very minor issue Show details

Great while it lasts - wont last long! – Purchased mop 3 months ago - absolutely loved it. Easy to use, quick and thorough clean. Unfortu ately this mop has not lasted long, despite the hefty price tag. Had issues with it in the first month, loud whirring noises, not spinning properly. Now, only 3 months after puchase, the motor has broken and we will be returning for our money back. We… Read more

were not rough with this mop and used it just as it was meant to be used. Would not recommend as quality is disappointing.

Best mop ever – I've had a few different mops but this one is by far the best I've tried. Very easy to use as it glides across my tiles easily and leaves them streak free with little effort. I have a large tiled area and no problem getting it all done with the one battery charge. Highly recommended. Show details

Expensive for what it is but I love it – This is very much a smaller version of those big industrial cleaners you see in shopping malls etc. It cleans your floor for you all you have to do is spray and move it. It does a fabulous job and my tiles look spotless, it doesn't feel like it's worth 400 dollars though, but i guess its amazing what we will pay for convenience. Its 20 min run… Read more

time does half of my large tiled house and the pads are washable. I have been using less and less of the included mixture each time to make it go further and it works just as well. It doesn't vacuum though like the crosswave does so you still need to do that before hand. I don't hate mopping anymore!
