Bad quality and after sale service – It’s a total wast of money. And really bad after sale service. Bought mine in October 2023 and used it about 4 times. And the machine just blew up. Please do NOT buy it. It had no proper installation Manuel nor user manual. And sounds scary and vibrating immensely. The engine just stopped while working and never started again. Mine worked for several years – Im going to buy another, my last one went good for 6 years, eventually the crank case cracked for so.e strange reason. For the price its worth trying again. Ended up buying a 3600psi 18l/min 420cc one elsewhere and its wayyy more powerful. The blackjet one i had was still alright though i highly doubt it was actually anywhere near 4800psi. Show details

Rude, unprofessional – This guy does not answer emails, does not answer phone call, does not return phone calls or messages. Sent him a very plain and polite email asking for details. Unprofessional Rude Company with Sub -Standard Products – Purchased a high pressure water cleaner from the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. issue with the pump I requested a refund. This is when it got very interesting, first they explained that I had to pay the cost of return myself, I explained that I had only had the equipment for under 30 days and they relented and sent a courier for pick up, and was told I would get a full refund once received. I dismantled the equipment and packed it into a box making sure everything was packed within ready for the courier and was picked up. I contacted them in the coming days chasing my refund with no reply back , and eventually was emailed stating they had received the equipment but half the equipment was now amazingly missing, and they would only be refunding me a portion of the funds now as I would now be charged with courier cost, restocking fee, missing parts fee and abuse fee. Please stay well away from this company, I cant believe companies like these still exist..!!

Cant review the pressure cleaner as I did not receive it – Purchased a 4200 psi unit. After a week I called to see if it had been posted, It had not and was never going to be. Lucky I paid with PayPal or I would never received a refund. You would do well not to buy from this company.

The owner won’t send to my location and having issues getting refund – Purchased via BlackJetOz website, says free postage, even checked on the postage calculator and still said free. Still waiting on my refund, called with a different phone and he hung up from me when he realised it was me asking for my refund.

BlackJet pressure Washer, Very good for the price, but,,,,,, – Follow the instructions, put Honda 30 grade oil in engine and pump. The motor is a Honda knock-off, but the thickness of the sheet metal of the fuel tank is somewhat thinner than the honda equivalent. through Ebay, and he sent me a brand new fuel tank in less than a week. When I fitted the new tank I added large 40mm diameter with 6 mm hole, (from Bunnings), gluing them onto the tank over the 3) mounting bolts with Sika PRO polyurethane adhesive. I then lightly tightened the nuts and bolts, and did a final tightening a couple of days later. This gives a flexible mounting and reinforcing the tank mounting points. These machines include 6) different nozzles including a turbo nozzle. Engine starts up, 2nd pull and the pressure is great. I have used it for around 40 hours, and 8 hours non stop, and my large colorbond roof has come up looking as new. Now I have started the exposed ag driveway, after an oil change. This machine is less than $400.00, how good is that.
