Dangerous – Our Bianco oven keeps turning on randomly and won’t turn off.. we have to turn it off at the fuse box. We woke up to an oven on 200 which could have burnt the house down if we were away!!!

BEWARE!!! – WARNING!!! Do not buy this brand - we have had wall oven for 4 years and it has been nothing but trouble! Not only exploding glass door which after a fight they replaced door which totally drops and never shuts tightly! BLANCO will not take responsibility for anything. Blanco oven has performed well under expectation – When buying an oven the expectation is that it will last for many years. The Blanco double oven I purchased ten years ago has been trouble from the start and time over time we've tried to fix it. the problems has been a very costly business. So, it's time to say 'goodbye' Blanco and buy another oven. Sorry to say I would not recommend this product.

Horrible oven – I’m really disappointed with my blanko oven it has trouble heating up and struggles when full, it takes longer to cook food than normal. Also my door has dropped recently and not sure how to fix it? Also have a blanko dishwasher that I’m also not happy with we have had problems with faults and appliance guy can’t figure out how to fix it. Definitely won’t be buying blanko again.  Show details

years ago. We paid around $2500 for it and endless amounts of money repairing.

I came home tonight and its not working again! 5 days before Xmas with 30 guess arriving Xmas day. This is the second time it’s stopped working days before Xmas where I had to use my neighbors oven to cook our lunch not to mention the other times I’ve had repair people out.

Please stay away from this brand no matter what Harvey Norman might tell you.

Appalling - Can I Give 0 Stars??!! – Bought x2 600mm ovens. Both have had hinges replaced twice at our expense. Blanco have refused to take ownership of the issue even after a service report from authorised agent. Tonight the door of one oven fell open, sending glass exploding throughout our kitchen! Luckily none of our 5 children were in the kitchen. Do not waste your money on BLANCO!!!  Show details

Never buy a blanko over more trouble than they are worth – Have had the element replaced 3 times and the oven never seems to be fully closed , No help once you have payed up just keep throwing money at it Never again Dont buy a blanco oven unless you have a lot more money to keep getting it fixed Look elsewhere  Show details

Cut your losses and run on the first repair with this oven,,,, its a lemon and they know it ,,, I have sent 2 complaints but never have Blanco been in touch after their "investigation" into the issues . Well at least I can now direct them to this web site !! Don't purchase an oven from Blanco. It will cost you more in repairs and they are not interested in providing any form of customer service to address issues . Your requested over the phone to write an email, a week later only response again is, its under investigation. well how about some action Blanco and send someone out to repair replace or refund my many invoices for yearly repairs!!! Do your homework before purchasing – We had a house built for us and went with Blanco appliances in the Kitchen, the oven works well however the other day the inside glass started slipping and when I tried to put it back in it broke in two. We have only had the oven for just over 4 years and is going to cost $200.00 to replace. Not good value for money as we have built in the past… Read more

and lived in the houses for 9 and 10 years and no problem with the ovens at all, they were not Blanco.

Not happy – After three new doors, and two hinges replaced and now the fan forced element does not work, I am unhappy with a basically underperforming oven. It will not heat well enough to cook frozen chips, and the cost of call outs and new parts has made this a very expensive oven to keep.

Perfect addition to my kitchen – My Blanco oven looks great and is the focus of the kitchen. It has user friendly multi functions and delivers perfect results every time. The Blanco oven represents great value and quality at an affordable price. What I particularly like compared to my previous oven is how quiet the fan forced function is.

Headache – I have had a Blanco over for just over over a year ... condensation a real problem .. enough to set out fire alarm in another part of the house. in trying to fix that problem I have had a shattered door, two sets of hinges that didnt keep the door closed and the service people were appaulling. no sense of urgency or care from either Blanco of service agents
