After sales service AAA – Had issue with dings in sink. Blanco sent out plumber with a new sink and install. Hoping sink will stand the test of time .But nothing but praise for the customer service we received . Thanks again
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $189.
Disappointed with Scratches and Flimsiness – I read all the reviews of this sink, and still went ahead and purchased it because I really loved the layout and design. I thought if I was careful, the sink would be fine. It was scratched before I even started to use it (I don't know how) and has continued to get worse as it is used. As only my husband or I use the sink, it has not had rough treatment, but looks as if it is years old. We realised last weekend that if the draining board is hot (eg washed off with hot water) the whole thing flexes when it is pressed on (lightly) and feels very flimsy.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $186.
This sink feel as thin and cheap and I would not buy again – I had a new kitchen installed late 2014...and I love just about everything about it...except the new sink. I purchased a Blanco sink with a drainer as I didn't want an under bench mount sink. I was originally going to use my old Omega sink which was still OK and just needed a polish, but was advised to get a new one so it looked nice with the new stone bench top.
So I bought the Blanco because I was told it was a great brand.
Big mistake on my part!
The stainless steel is so darn thin, it moves when you turn on the tap. The drainer section has some sort of mark on it, as if a hot pot has been put on it and discoloured the surface. I have tried to clean it but can't remove it. The sink bowl looks awful and no matter how much I clean it, looks dull and marked.
I wrote to Blanco in early December via their online email section, expressing my disappointment, but have had no reply...
So now, my options are: return the sink to the place of purchase for a refund...but that means I have to find another sink with the exact same cut-out and pay for a plumber to install a new unit.
My new, two month old sink looks worse than my old one, which was more than 10 years old
Not really good enough Blanco.

OK, the after sales service from Blanco wasn't too bad and I eventually got a refund for the sink.
Blanco sent one of their service plumbers out and he removed the sink and handed me a refund cheque. But that was it.
The thing is, I was forced to find a sink with the EXACT same cutout as the old one...and that's not easy when you've got a brand new stone bench top that's been cut to suit a crappy sink. I also had to foot the bill for a plumber to install the new sink
Thank God I didn't have one of those set in underbench sinks!
