What a disappointment!!! – This "SMART TV" has totally failed after 20 months of moderate and careful use. The central processor must have failed as it cannot construct an image - only slightly mobile vertical green (and sometimes blue) lines. The wearranty was for 12 months but it is preposterous to expect to have the unit collapse under 2 years! Show details
Didn’t last 12 months – This large German company tv was a luxury for us. A stripe appeared along bottom of screen and we should have dealt with it but thought it had a two year warranty. When the whole picture screen turned black so there is no picture we chased up help. Retailer couldn’t get agent to reply or help, so we went direct. They won’t get service manager… Read more
to speak with us. Only person to speak to us seems to be a phone line to another country who can’t answer anything, just take details and pass onto the black abyss. We have looked at ACCC and Fair Trading and are deciding what to do. Our advice is don’t even poke it with a stick.

Best 58 inch$500 tv ever – Decent picture. Amazing remote control. Sound is the best but with an lg sound bar it sounds amazing. I would buy this brand tv again. Show reply

at Ayonz giving them all the details, the receipt, photos and videos, but, instead of being honest and saying they fix it or replace it, they denied receiving any details that I sent them. The attached photo demonstrates the problem. I won't be buying Blaupunkt again.
