Bad wi fi connection problems – Keeps dropping Wi Fi, seems this is a major fault with Hisense TV's. Have no issue with the sound but this is no good if you have to keep stopping during a program and re-connect the wifi! I bought from the Good Guys 4 months ago so not very old. Tried to factory reset through Hisense but still having problems. Show details

The Best TV – This TV is the best I have owned.... Beats Samsung & LG hands down. Easy to use and has all the apps that most people would want. It has brilliant color. Highly recommended. Show details

Wifi problems – Mine disconnects from wifi every two days I just bought it at the good guys after it d/c it’s a battle to keep it connected someone told me to change startup wifi and startup w/lan automatically in settings on the tv so I might try that it’s not all good but it’s not all bad either once it connects again

Will not stay connected – I received tv on 31 August 2023. It started dropping out from my NBN in late November and the frequency of drop outs increased. I checked my NBN connection each time it dropped out and there were no issues with my NBN. I contacted Hisens on 28 December and they talked me through a process they told me would fix the issue. It has not fixed the… Read more

issue and despite several attempts to contact Hisense I have not been successful. I consider the issue to be a major failure of the unit and my inability to contact Hisense is a major failure of their customer service.

Perfect TV for bedroom – To start with I was a little hesitant to purchase a Hisense tv. After discussing pro’s and con’s with sales rep compared to an LG of similar size, I decided the savings was worth the change of mind. Since installing the tv up on the wall I have been very impressed with the picture quality and its software settings are fantastic. The tv will… Read more

identify the difference between spot and normal programs and adjust sound and picture quality to suit. It has only been a few weeks and I am yet to find fault. If your looking for a more price conscious tv but want the best picture I can definitely recommend the Hisense A7kau.

THE OTHER ONE BIT THE DUST – Purchased my new HISENSE TV in September this year after my old Hisense 55 inch gave up the ghost. So I decided to up the anti & got a 65 inch. Very happy with my purchase just hope it last longer than the last one.

A great tv for master bedroom – Black Friday I bought this tv at a great price. Although I have not mounted the tv on the wall as yet, the screen size and clarity are perfect for the master bedroom. The tv is so easy to set up and to use. Less than 10 mins including an online account. The Bluetooth application is also easy to use with my headphones and to connect devices. The… Read more

apps on the tv are easy to understand and although I have not used all that is available the Netflix and free streaming services works well and I have had no issues as yet. Keeping in mind I only purchased this tv 3 days ago. Overall very happy with this product.

Perfectly work and after 3 years still likeNew – Normal tv works with a clear view. The remote has YouTube button and Netflix. My dog has chewed the remote so I bought the same one online, it was cheap. So far so good. Show details

Good for the price – Nearly a year into owning this Hisense TV, I'm pleased with its value. User-friendly with dedicated Netflix and YouTube buttons on the remote, it's convenient. The downside is the inability to install new apps. However, given its affordable price, the picture quality is impressive. A solid choice for those seeking a reliable, budget-friendly option. Show details

hisense 43A7KAU failed after 10 weeks! – Good picture and sound quality for the price. Unfortunately it would turn itself off and it would not turn on unless you pulled the power from the wall and waited a few minutes. As it was only 10 weeks old, I contacted Hisense for a replacement. They said they have a policy of in home repair first. So after waiting two hours on the phone, we have… Read more

to wait for a technician to come and assess and then wait again for them to come back with the spare parts required to fix it. The service is not good enough for an electronic item that has a major failure after less than 3 months. Lesson learned...spend a little more and buy a better brand!
