Edited: good hub, bad frame – Really long story, short. The hub on this bike kept developing a fault, even after service/replacement. It turns out that the brand new frame was out of alignment and the replacement frame from BMC was also out of alignment. I purchased this bike from 99 Bikes and i was without my bike for about 50% of the time i owned it (3 months). I eventually asked for a full refund, which i received.
