Boat Hire Sydney

I had one of the worst booking experiences ever with this boat hire company. After taking my money, confirming the booking, and even providing the wharf details, they suddenly told me they had “double-booked.” Their solution? Either I change my date — which completely ruins my plans — or I pay for a much more expensive option. This is completely unacceptable, especially when every part of the booking had already been confirmed.

This felt unprofessional, disorganised, and frankly like they didn’t value my time or trust. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with them unless you’re prepared for last-minute surprises and extra charges.

Best place to book a boat! – We have hired 2 boats through this business and have a great experience both times. Great team that has helped us select the perfect boat with everything that we want. Great communication from assistance with booking options and information on the boats to booking and following up on how we enjoyed the cruise!
